I will leave 0 if there is 0 option. I highly not recommend, "not recommend, you must not use this service". That is the most awful, terrible service I used so far as VPS service. Also Not sure why the rate is still 2.3, this kind of scam and money stealing company should be blocked from the internet.
I purchased one server for web development and they told me that I did bot activity. It doesn't make any sense to me, perhaps they did bot activity on their side and say something like that. I asked my friends and all of them experienced such cases and blocked.
They shut down my server. Without any refund and the most awful thing is they blocked my email from their email lists.
They are not just scam, they are illigal or dark company that steal money from clients and block service. That's it what they are.

Awful service.
When I ask them for help, they just blocked my account with $50 balance.

Avoid these cowboys, deleted my server even though I pad twice and left $100 on account. Support is terrible, Do not use this company, you will lose your data and money.

This company added AI-KYC verification in registration process. It's shity process so its hard to pass.
I deposited 50$ into my balance account after registration.

cuz of shit KYC verification, I decided not to use this service and requested him to refund my 50$.

They refunded me kindly.

Technical support is bad but financial support is good.

Hope to use this service if they fix AI-KYC verification process..

Never tried hosting service like this evil. They accepted my double payment and ghosted requesting me for stupid AI KYC verification. They friendly and rapidly accpet my payment and kindly reject providing any service to me. Don't try this scam service. They don't have any dedicated servers.

They delete your servers without any reason. I had been their custom more than year, and they locked servers for 250$ and balance for 350$. Bad service, old panel, poor support.

I encountered an unprofessional approach from PowerVPS support. Before purchasing new servers, I explicitly asked about the possibility of getting a refund for my current servers. The support replied with "okay," which logically reads as confirmation.

Relying on this response, I purchased new servers and spent time on a complete migration - updated software, transferred licenses. However, when I requested the refund, manager Nika suddenly informed me that a refund was impossible due to a 10-day limit rule.

The most frustrating part is that they didn't mention such an important restriction upfront, even though I specifically asked about this before making new purchases. As a result, I lost both money and time on migration. Be cautious when working with this hosting provider - it's evident that their support doesn't consider it necessary to provide complete information even to direct customer inquiries.

I recently attempted to top up my balance on PowerVPS.net, but nothing updated after my transaction. When I reached out for assistance, instead of a straightforward resolution, I was asked to provide my ID card. This is unacceptable and raises concerns about their customer service and data handling practices. I expected better from this platform.

I do not recommend using PowerVPS.net based on my experience.

Thats the most horrible hosting i ever tried. Terrible customer support and attitude to the customer. Moreover, you will not be refunded for any service.

the servers are normal, the cms is terrible, the technical support is terrible, the payments on the site steal money...

They shut down my servers with a fake report, they are definitely not refunding my money, my servers are not accessible, my backups and everything are left, I have been victimized and there is no return. DEFINITELY DO NOT BUY A PRESENTATION SERVICE, it will be a waste of your money, it is not about the money but the outgoing data.
