Hi Andrew, thank you for leaving this review. Of course, we don’t like to hear about unhappy clients, but we appear to have fallen short of our service expectations here and for that I apologise.
The order was sent by our freight forwarder but in tracking the shipment it has not been delivered as you point out.
We will dispatch a new bottle today and I will look into why this was not arranged already days ago.

We had our printer breakdown and I was a few days away from going on holidays and had several jobs to go out before I left. Emailed Positive and they got back to me straight away and had a technician out that afternoon to fix the problem. Very happy to get all my work done and not have to leave it to someone who just had a crash course on the printer.

Great Company
Great Company, we have purchased a few pieces of the equipment from them: CO2 Laser, Large Bed CNC Machine and a Vinyl Cutter.
Support is excellent. Spare Parts on the expensive side though.
