Today, 27/12/2025 a Saturday evening on a weekend just following Christmas.
I called Pozitive sign and graphic in desperate need. I was busy printing sticker orders to have out for my Summernats customers. Mid way through a sheet I had ran out of black ink for my Roland SP300. At this point I didn’t know what to do, who to call. This time of year everyone is shut down and on holidays.
I called and left a message on the answering service. A short time later I receive a text message from Phil.
Phil messaged me to find out some more information on what I was after. I explained what happened and he said no problem, let me check if we have the items in stock. And that he did. And I was on my way to Sydney to pick them up.
I’m am lost for words, this act of pure kindness was totally unexpected. I am ever so grateful. Thank you, thank you Phil.

From the start Nathan from positive put 110% into ensuring we got the right cutter for our business. Even when things got tricky due to shipping problems and spacial concerns, Nathan stayed in contact and kept me up to date with resolutions. Nathan is knowledgeable and a great person to deal with when purchasing premium production tools like printers and cutters!

Everything throughout the purchase process couldn't be faulted - the demonstration, the delivery, the set-up/build, the training and the follow-up check-ins. Thank you for your reply, it seems the only time I get a response is when I complain on trust pilot.
Firstly, you sent me a form to fill in via email which I couldn't open as my computer was not compatible, I reported this to you on several occasions but nothing was done. In the end I had a call from a chap in green energy who originally recommended me to pozitive, I explained the problem to him and straight away he re sent the form via a alternate way which I could open and the form was completed and the guy from green energy forwarded everything on to you on my behalf.
So why couldnt Pozative do the same? But no you just ignored me , reading the other complaints it looks like Pozitive just ignore customers until its time for payment.
Today I found out via green energy the new lease from the Tennant was not signed, but you team have been aware of this but no one has contacted me. I've has sent 2 queries via your on line portal and no response one query was sent over 5 days ago! I have since lodged a complaint via your on line portal and I bet I won't get a response to my complaint either.
I have given up calling pozative call center because when they say they will transfer me to another department I get cut off.
So stop putting the blame on your customers and get your team to respond to customers .!!!! If it wasn't for the chap in green energy it would still be at the stage where I couldn't open the form therefore I couldn't fill the form in I would be still emailing you and calling you to advise you of the issue I was having but no one from pozitive would respond and help me and I would be going round in circles.

I have had a wonderful customer experience from Monoj in the Admin team this afternoon - he helped me with very complicated issue and had no problem in staying with me on the phone until the mission was accomplished. It is quite rare for someone to give this much time but I can only thank Monoj for his expertise and help today - highly recommend him for a knighthood!
I would be very happy to recommend the Pozitive team. From my first contact with them enquiring about a new Summa flatbed cutter, through to the installation of the machine, they were absolutely brilliant to deal with.
Warren Davey is extremely professional and customer focussed making the whole equipment evaluation, sale negotiation and installation process so very simple.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
After talking to Paul Rizzatti from positive he told me the unfortunate news that my print head was done ..
Paid for it from their head office in Sydney Wednesday afternoon and it got sent from Sydney to melb this morning ( Friday 24th July 2020) 12 pm Paul was here, had it up and running in no time . Also on a side note , my Roland started printing greyscale in more of a pink colour and he even managed to fix that aswell.. cannot reccomend Pozitve enough and will definitely be recommending them to everyone needing a service on their printer . Very reasonably priced and very quick turn around considering the current problems we are all facing
Thanks Paul and Sam for sorting everything so fast and getting it printing back to when I first got it many moons ago
