Robbing bastards,didn't even get what I ordered.

Get this... they got me twice. They also have another name Lensweets. they are the same company who also have the name - lwj e-commerce co., ltd - out of Japan. if your using Paypal. Paypal works with them to help them scam everyone. the Kansas Attorney General says there is nothing they can do. If they dont respond and willingly refund me- there is nothing futher that can be done. They get away with what ever they want. its been months since my last dispute which i lost because i couldnt send the product back because the company would not give me a return address. they still TODAY tried to charge 3 different cards i have linked to my Paypal $119.89. That was this morning at 6am CST. I was alerted by 2 of the 3 banks. No i didnt go on any of there sites to order more stuff that will arrive and be empty or the wrong product all together. Someone there was trying to steal money out of my bank with no order being placed. scary.. cuz they have my name, address, phone number, paypal info, 3 of my debit card numbers, my birthdate. and what else? by now... im sure my social security number by now.The charges were all denied. they didnt get **** this time. How is this legal??

Fully a scam - don't fall for it

It was impressively difficult to detect after first placing my order (they had a fake shipping tracker, and even usually answered emails), but after months of getting the runaround I realized there isn't any merchandise. Wish I'd checked Trustpilot first - avoid them at all costs.

Lenses arrived, one of them was damaged, manufacturing defect, it was stuck to itself. They are now refusing to refund, citing high return costs as not making it worth it, instead offering discounts off future purchases (as if that is likely) or a refund of £5 from an order of £20. Looking at reviews over all other social media platforms, I'm not the only one to have had issues.

Ppluto is a huge scam!!! I ordered contacts from them and they said my contacts were delivered but I never got them and I used the tracking and it says my order was deliver to a different country but they refuse to investigate why it was there and not with me! They stole my money and now will not get back to me to help with the situation they made! No one should EVER order from this lying website! They are cons and theives

Ordered contacts and paid extra for expedited shipping (total: $55.85) to have delivered within 3-5 days. Received delivery of wrong contacts almost 2 weeks later! Still have package that contacts were delivered in and the return address is California. I went back and forth. These ppl are certifiable! They kept coming back to me offering to refund me $10, then offered to refund $8 (yea after offering $10). Then email today says, "We are really sorry for the inconvenience, we have applied $13 to you. Since we also paid the shipping cost and the selling price is lower than the cost, so we can't afford such a high refund anymore, We are really sorry!"

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Delivered to USA instead of UK. Now they don't reply because there system says delivered. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DIABOLICAL COMPANY.

I ordered 3 pairs of contacts, waited patiently for them, I watch the tracker, they ended up being delivered to New Jersey, I live in California! I have asked 4 times for a refund, they told me to go ask my post office for them. I said the USA doesn't work that way!! This is by far the worst experience, I will continue to ask for a refund, but realize I probably lost my money!! DON"T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

They sent the wrong contacts and even though they have acknowledged the error, they are refusing to refund me. They probably don't have all of the contacts they are advertising and just sending out whatever since multiple reviews mention this same issue. Also took about three weeks to receive and this is with paying for expedited shipping.

I wish I was able to give them -1 star! They suck! I ordered with them just yesterday! And today I got an email saying they were delivered! What a bunch of crap! Don't buy from them! Scammers! I constantly have been sending emails asking for a refund and no one gets back to me!!

Needed cool red contacts for my Halloween cosplay costume, and boy did I make a HUGE MISTAKE by ordering from Ppluto. They literally straight up shipped my contacts to Florida when I live in the Midwest! Talk about a complete waste of time and money !!! I ordered my contacts back in September and it took a month for them to actually go through transit. Customer service is by far the worst and when trying to email them they literally blocked me and my emails kept bouncing back to my inbox. This company is by far the sketchiest company ever. I always read reviews before ordering anything and this time I didn’t. I SO regret it… Will be requesting a re-fund.

Wish I had read reviews before purchasing, sent wrong lenses and are now arguing for a full refund or the correct ones and getting no where. I would urge anyone not yo buy from this company

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS. This company is the worst. They say my contacts have been delivered but I have not received them. I have sent email after email requesting a refund as I did not receive them. They have not replied to one of my emails. I only gave them a 1 star so I could write this review

Tracking information said my order had been delivered but I never received it. Customer service is non-existant. Made the mistake of not reading the reviews beforehand and hugely regret it now. Never place an order with this company, you'll just be completely wasting your money.

Scammers! Charged for contact lenses that I never received and the tracking states it was delivered to another state. I emailed customer service and got no response.

AWFUL! Wish I would have read reviews. Took like a month to arrive and they weren't at all what I ordered. Now I have no time to get contacts anywhere else before my event! SCAMMERS!!!! GAVE 1 STAR ONLYBECAUSE I HAD TO!

Said the order had arrived I paid £16 for special delivery and the item never arrived they don’t reply to emails I ordered in good time too it’s been 4 weeks despite paying special delivery and they have said pay more money to check exact location for delivery.

They are scammers

Absolute garbage! I first ordered a pair of green contacts. Received them grey. They gave me a 3$ discount to order a new pair. I gave them another chance and they sent the wrong color again! Should've read the reviews first!

Never again. It took a month to get the contacts and they're the completely wrong ones. I ordered dark green and recieved a golden cosplay type. My eyes are dark brown. I emailed them and will be filing a formal complaint with the better business bureau.
