Received the wrong order, couldn't wear any of the contacts they did send when I emailed customer service they offered me a 15% discount voucher instead of sending me what I actually ordered. Terrible company and customer service - don't waste your time. I wish I read the reviews before ordering

Absolutely worst company!! They don’t deserve a star at all but to move forward with review I had to. I ordered contacts and they took forever to receive then open them to find they’re the wrong one. I emailed and they said all they can do is a voucher for their mistake. I ordered again and guess what? Wrong contacts again. They blame the customer for their mistakes and make us pay more. I’m furious and will not stop till this company is no longer allowed to do sales in the United States! All I asked was for the right Lens I ordered and they refused as well as acknowledge their mistakes. They can take their voucher and shove it up their you know what. I’m pissed off now.

Contacts fit great only issues I received the wrong color of one the 3 pairs I ordered

I ordered one yellow iris set and one whiteout set. Neither was as described. Will not order agai. I regret not doing more research. I've ordered from MocoQueen and that was a much better decision not to mention faster delivery than from carichs.

I ordered a respectable amount of contacts from you. I have been around and around with this for months. I only got one order but it was WRONG! I even paid the extra 15.99 for one of the missing parcels for EXPRESS Shipping and I haven’t gotten it yet and it has been awhile that I ORDERED it. This experience has been deplorable.You have done absolutely NOTHING! Obviously you have no business ethics. The reviews should tell you that you are incompetent. All I want is to receive what I paid for UP FRONT. You we’re more than willing to take my money. That’s the only thing you got right in this whole fiasco.Imagine that. I have contacted the Post Office and my neighbors. Don’t ask me to do it again, please. This is so ridiculous. Do you actually read your reviews?!! I think not because you haven’t made any effort to change. You just keep up ripping people off!!!! All I want is what I paid for. Nothing else. You have my money so send me my orders, please.I’m not going away. I will continue asking for my orders until you send me what I ordered. One day you will run out of excuses. All I want is my orders. Practice good business ethics.This is only fair that you finish this transaction. I have at least 5 orders outstanding. 5 for Gods sakes. How incompetent can you be? I’m surprised you are still in business. Again, please, send me what I paid for. Thank you.

The lenses that I received are NOT as pictured in the description and photo. It took 5 WEEKS to get the order and EVERYDAY they send an email asking how do I like the product way before they arrived. NO I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN, IT IS TRUE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, CHEAP PRICES CHEAP INCORRECT PRODUCT!!

My lenses are great. Just what I ordered. Still can't believe they came in my prescription! Will definitely order again!

Terrible, I regret not doing more research about this site before ordering. Bought three pairs of lenses that were urgently needed for an event, received completely different lenses with different powers that I selected.

Will never buy again, even though I still urgently need the lenses and can't find them anywhere else.

Horrible. They sent me a product i didnt want and refused my request for a refund and asking for a supervisor several times.

I ordered blue contacts the 1st time and got yellow. Then I ordered 3 pairs of different blues and after almost a month I got 3 pairs of contacts and NONE was blue. They want to send another voucher instead of just sending me what I ordered so I won't be buying from here again.
