Purchased a customized ring from them and everything went smooth and quick. Richa and Alex kept in contact with me throughout the process and answered all my questions.

The ring is absolutely amazing, and the price is so much cheaper than other companies! It does take a long time to make, but I’d rather wait longer to make sure the quality is good than have it made quickly with lower quality.

Plus, Alex is so nice and so easy to talk to! I’m very happy with my purchase, and I’m already planning to order another set soon. ☺️💍

Great Customer overall service. Please keep in mind which I find out after placing the order, the ring setting you choose must likely are custom-made to order. The are not off the shelf. Because of it, it add around 20-25 days before they can ship your ring out. We submitted payment for our order with confirmation on 8/14 and got the ring in hand on 9/15. In between time, we did emailed few times for follow up. They answer us very quick so there is no delays. That is why I do strongly believe customer service overall is great and awesome. They will send you a copy of the CAD for the setting for approval before they start the job. They will send you pictures and video once they are done. We also find out the lab they used might not be in the US. Since when I went to asked for updates, they told us there is a delayed in custom. The quality is not bad at all, could it been better, of course. That's what happens when you purchased on line without see it or touch it. Worth the price we paid - YES. Shipment packaging is good and safe.

The whole process was amazing, the communication they have is perfect, they let tou know of problems and give you solutions. If you ask for an update, they reply quickly and usually with a picture of the process its in. They give you the window of how long it will take and with mine they got it to me early. The ring is beautiful and my wife loves it, it was packaged very well for shipping. The over all experience was great and I will let everyone know where I got the ring, the quality is great, the price is not to bad and they stand behind their product.

I would rather they take their time to provide me with the best-quality product than rush and give me something that isn’t well made. The quality is definitely worth the wait!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a better ring for my wife. The ring was exactly what I wanted, and the quality is absolutely top-notch.

What really stood out was the customer service and communication. They responded quickly, kept me updated throughout the entire process of making the ring, and were always there when I had a question. At one point, I asked if they could call me, and they called within five minutes! That level of service is hard to find these days.

The pricing was very fair, the craftsmanship and quality exceeded my expectations, and the customer service went above and beyond from start to finish. They were extremely helpful and detailed. I Loved that they shared CAD and keep me posted throughout the process. My fiance absolutely loved the ring. And the price was very reasonable.

I know it can be scary to use the Internet to order jewelry, but my experience with Precious Carbon has been excellent! We were in contact the whole time and any changes I wanted were granted before the ring was made. The results were nothing short of SPECTACULAR! The diamond sparkles and reflects a tremendous amount of light. The bands are precise & clean. Pictures do not do it justice! My wife was in tears when I presented her upgraded wedding ring on our anniversary!

I also used Klarna to pay - for an extra layer of security & didn’t even have to pay interest.
