What can I say. I was super skeptical at first because it was all online. But that’s the world we are in. Precious Carat is legit. Selecting it was easier than I imagined. Alex was/is a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive. It came in within the time frame he initially estimated. I would highly recommend Precious Carat for your big event! 6 stars if I could!

Amazing customer service! Great product

Shipping took a little longer than expected. My band is not exactly what I was expecting or what was pictured, the image showed a raised basket so that you would be able to wear a band flush against it. Mine is not raised so I needed to buy a spacer to wear with my wedding band. It’s also not stamped Inside. Communication was good, I did have to reach out for updates a few times during the process, but I always received prompt responses. All and all it is a beautiful ring and I am happy with my purchase.

The process was amazing and when I got the ring I loved it, Customer service was perfect. Unfortunately the quality wasn’t what I expected ! I was so upset the clarity of the ring is poor .

The ring arrived at the time they said it would. The process was very good from start to finish. The emailed CAD drawing of what it would look like and size verification was well done. The box and packaging was beautiful. Very nice experience and price was very reasonable compared to a jewelry shop. Only thing that wasn’t with the ring was the diamond certificate. There was a note saying to email if missing.

Very pleased with my experience with Precious Carbon. They communicated through every step. I was even able to choose a different diamond because the one I picked wasn’t the exact shape I was looking for. I revived the ring in about 20 days and it was perfect! I did a lot of searching online and Precious Carbon offers the best affordability for quality engagement rings. Other sights that are in the more affordable range were charging $600-$1000 more for a ring with the same carat size that rated much lower than the diamond I chose. Don’t hesitate to use this company.

Alex did a wonderful job. Keep me updated on the process of making the ring and when it arrived, I was shocked on how shiny and professional the diamonds were.

The ring was exactly what I ordered and it came out amazing! It's quality and shiny were just as advertised. The only downside it it took a little longer than I was expecting and wanting it to. But it was worth the wait!
