I ordered 2 separate bats and both were received quickly. I had accidentally ordered the wrong bat and the refund process was extremely quick and easy as well! I also got a great price on an expensive bat!

Price point was awesome for the Worth Legit bat I purchased for my Son. Since my Son is transitioning from 12u straight into 15u here in Hawaii, I didn't have the means to buy a $400ish bat; they use bbcor now. Delivery was quick and his hitting is of par with the older Boys in the league. Thanks premier for holding on to those bbcor gems that are under the radar. Would definitely make a future purchase. Aloha from the 50th. Hit em hard never fold !!!

I couldn’t have been happier with the experience with Premier bats. The United States Postal Service lost the bat that was initially ordered. Premier bats made it right even though it was not their fault by sending another bat. This speaks highly of the customer service that they provide. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends and to anyone that is reading this review.

Found the bat we needed and had it within the week!

I am not satisfied with the customer service, the representative that helped me via e-mail was great, but the customer service as a whole with Premier Bats was not. I had nothing but issues ordering from here. I ordered what I thought was NEW bat size 32 and paid 2 day shipping. I didn't receive the bat after 6 days, so I reached out and they alerted me that it was returned and was damaged from the carrier. I was not notified it was damaged by the carrier and returned until I reached out to them. They offered to send it to me again and gave me a refund for the 2 day shipping fee. The second bat should have been sent via 2 days shipping, but they said that the system wouldn't allow it. so it took another 2 weeks to receive the shipment. I requested a phone call numerous times and have yet to receive one. When the bat finally came, the quality was awful, there were marks and knicks all over the handle and the handle was incredibly dirty, like it had been used and the bat was the wrong size, not what I ordered. Once I said that I was going to have to purchase a new bat elsewhere, I received the correct sized bat at my door the next day, however, that bat was in worse shape then the first as it was even more dirty and more knicks. They blamed the carrier for everything and didn't take any responsibility. They said for me to try out both bats and send one back. I will not be ordering from them again. In the end, it took 3 days shy of a month to receive the correct size bat I ordered with poor quality.

Great company! We had a problem with shipping contacted them and they sent a new bat out the next day.
