Amazing service as I totally mucked it up
By standing at the wrong door down stairs have we have two stair doors
As was going help bring up the bed base

He had done this himself sorry I didn’t get his name but I am very grateful and more so as they could’ve just taken it back,

I am very disappointed with this experience.

I bought the garden set based on a listing that showed only one image and did not explain that the cushions are loose, lightweight and unsecured. That is an important feature, and if it had been made clear before purchase, I would not have ordered it. In my view, this amounts to false advertising because the product was presented in a way that was misleading and did not accurately reflect what was being sold.

When I raised this as a complaint, my concern was not properly addressed. I was told the set was not faulty and offered a partial 5% refund or a reduced collection charge. That did not resolve the issue, as my complaint was about the lack of clear and accurate product information.

I asked for the collection fee to be waived in full, which I believe was a fair and reasonable request, but this was refused.

Overall, I found the response unhelpful and disappointing.

Rehman Khan called to arrange the delivery and was super helpful. I added the option to have purchase taken upstairs and he told the drivers to let me know when they were 15 mins away. All went very smoothly and the tracking app was very helpful. Delivery drivers polite and overall a good experience with this company.

Within four hours of my purchase this company called to arrange a delivery date. Delivery dates go by postcode. I spoke with Iqra in customer service. I will update this review after the delivery.
Free standard delivery is two weeks and to the ground floor. Can pay extra for options like sooner delivery for upstairs delivery. On the day is live tracking. My item was delivered on the day expected and within the timeframe issued.

Thank you to Rehman khan for calling me about the delivery of my bed , I want to say he dealt with me well as I heard the date wrong and started to moan , then realised I heard wrong . So first I want to say sorry to Rehman then to say what a lovely nice man thank you ☺️

Iqra was very helpful, she helped with providing a delivery date which I needed instead of having to wait longer.
