This is the second time using PFG and in particular Leah to source and secure my mortgage, which can be challenging when self employed. I couldn’t recommend her enough, she kept me updated throughout the whole process and was always available if I had any queries!

Also a big thanks to Alex for sorting my home insurance at incredibly short notice, and making sure it was ready and in place in time for exchange of contracts.

Now completed our remortgage and would highly recommend. Richard Skelly, Charmaine Hudson and Alex Rose all ensured everything went as smooth as possible even overcoming difficulties coming from the solicitors side.

As always Dominic and his team has been amazing in getting everything sorted for me, initially introduced by my brother and sister I law, when I was having trouble finding Mortgage deals. They recommended that Dominic and his team will look after me.

Myself and my partner had a difficult situation trying to buy together! Stacey and her team had to work extremely hard… but nothing was too much trouble! Even with hiccups through the process they dealt with them in a way that we felt at ease. Selling a property and renting another all our mortgage needs were taken care of. Really can’t praise them enough. Even taking calls out of hours.. we were and are super grateful.

I have no regret doing business with Premier Financial Group. They listen to you and try to solve any issues that arise.

Before approaching Premier Financial Group, I contacted a few other mortgage advisors to see whether we could buy a property. All of them were very quick to say no. PFG were the last company I was going to ask before giving up. 3 months later I am now moved in to my first mortgaged property!

The staff at PFG worked tirelessly to find us a lender that would lend to us and were so quick at getting my mortgage in principle as the home we bought was done on a first come first served basis. I want to make a particular shout out to Leah and Alex who dealt with me the most and could not have been anymore helpful. Leah worked very hard to additionally find me a life insurance provider which was difficult due to my extensive medical history. Whilst one could not be sourced in the end, she did manage to find my husband one who also has a difficult medical history. No question was too much and as a first time buyer they helped to explain everything to me that I didn't understand.

I am so happy with my experience with PFG, if ever I need the services again they will be my first contact!

Ian Babb our mortgage advisor kept us well informed at every step of the application and he was and as always very helpful and professional through out the application process. He chased up the underwriter on numerous occasions as we were approaching the deadline with our previous lender.
