My Husband and I sought valuable mortgage advice from Tony Castle at Premier Financial Group in the lead up to putting an offer in on our first ever home.

We then dealt with Michelle York, supported by Richard Green-Street. We are aware we weren’t the most straight forward case with regards to the complication of a property valuation appeal. A lot of time and effort was put into this complex process, however we felt informed and supported with our decisions throughout. It really felt like they went above and beyond and it was extremely appreciated. They were so easily contactable by email or phone, which put our minds at ease so often in times of stress.

An email congratulating us, plus a new home card in the post were both really nice personal touches and lovely to receive. I think this demonstrates what type of a company they are.
