Yesterday I had the completion of my lift installation at home. Jack and Jenson were very polite, professional and I am very pleased with the excellent work they carried out and how well they treated my house and myself.

my stairlift was delivered and fitted by jake he arrived on time and done a good job showed us how it worked also explained what to do if any problems he was very helpful thank you jake

Jack and Jensen were efficient and professional
They removed the lift and hoist with great care and cleaned an tidied afterwards
I would recommend this team to anybody

We have had a starlit installed by another company since 2017! At the bottom of the stairs it stops did not park! And able bodied people could not get passed! As we had to send it back upstairs for room to pass! I wanted to remove it and leave it out for scrap!
Then, Super Joe arrives! Within 30 minutes, able bodied people can get
passed with no problem and it charges when at the foot of the stairs!

We had a visit from Joe at Premier Mobility today, he was fitting my ceiling track hoist in my front room.
Joe and his co-worker were very friendly and made sure they respected my property while doing an excellent job.
I would give them five out five for service, highly recommended.

Had a Stair lift fitted for my husband. Tom our engineer, was fabulous. Really helpful, explained what was happening as the installation progressed and went through everything with my husband when he was finished. Very pleasant young man. Thank you 😊

Premier Mobility, sent Jack and Jensen to fit a new hoist. They were here for four hours and assembled a tracker hoist which has really made a difference to the room.

They were kind, courteous and friendly. They also worked very hard and even gave me some time when the carers came to visit.

At the end of the installation, Jack went through the logistics of operating the new hoist.

I would fully recommend them again.

Fantastic service from start to finish! we had a lady come out to quote us on Friday and within a week I am now able to get upstairs again. I cannot fault the service I received. Kieran came and installed the stair lift in no time, he was clean, tidy, efficient, friendly and we couldn't have asked for anymore. After such a terrible experience with other companies this one is by far the best not only with price, but with their customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone who need a little help around the home.

Joe and a colleague came to fit a ceiling hoist for my mum. They have done a great job, explained everything to us clearly and cleaned up after they had finished.

I had a stair lift put in by these people on the 22/2/23/and I hate to think how many times they have had to come out to it for a repair. And at one point they left me with out it for nearly a week while the part came in. And I was having to pay some one to come and take my dog out. And in this last month they have been out it to six times. The poor man that came out to it last night I felt sorry for he got to me about 8.30 pm he told me what area he had covered in that day why they only have one person to cover all that area is wrong I think they should have two on. And all the others that have come out to over the time have been very good. Very unhappy person.

Excellent service right from the scanning of the staircase to fitting of the stairlift. After a small issue with the track which was swiftly rectified the two fitters that installed the stairlift were superb. Tidied up all the mess and explained how it worked.

Excellent stairlift and the service and help from Premier Mobility couldn't have been better, from first contact to installation. My 93 year old Father-in-Law is over the moon with the Handicare 1100 and can maintain his independence now without having to move in to a bungalow.

When I decided to go ahead with a stairlift I contacted this company who arranged a visit with Louise, she is very professional and advised the best stairlift for me. With in a few days I was booked in for installation the engineer was lovely and respectful in my house didn’t leave any mess at all. It’s changed my life I’m not breathless going up to bed anymore.
