I purchased a course but never received…
I purchased a course but never received what was promised.
Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I received no response at all. There is effectively no working support channel, which makes it impossible to resolve the issue directly with the company.
I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Progress isn't linear but its inevitable none the less
I have been a PPIC member since 2022.
When it comes to property training and property in general, results don't always show up immediately.
However, it recently dawned on me that I have accomplished more in the 4 years with Premier than in the previous 13.
I don't believe that can be coincidence.

Support Let Down
Bought some courses, the contents are good but when it comes to simple support unfortunately its simply non existence. Their contacts are not easy to find on the website. When found press option 3 for others enquiries it left you waiting for it until you age. If that the level of service you can expect I do not think it spell confidence in other more expensive courses I was thinking of participating.

The website clearly states that I pay £3.99 for the package and postage of the book and the book is for free, then I have an option for few bonuses which I have marked, at the end price is still marked as £3.99 but after I paid it took almost £70(!) from my account.
I am trying to recover money from them but it doesn't look like I will succeed, ban doesn't accept it as when I asked for the bill it's for the amount they have collected from me, so they can't get my money back.
And I never received any book!!!
