Premier Relocations Reviews

I moved from Germany to Brazil and everything went smoothly, both the German and Brazilian parts of the move. Communication went well and the administrative side of the move wasn’t a problem either, thanks to the excellent organisation.
I would definitely recommend the company and its organisation.

Desde o primeiro contato sempre foram muito atenciosos. Cumpriram com todas as datas.
Minha mudança foi embalada perfeitamente e chegaram todos os itens frágeis em perfeito estado. Super indico a Premier Relocations.

The service was amazing! Great company and great service!

I found out about Premier while searching online, and I did not have any personal reference. I reached out to them and soon received a response. At first, I didn't think it would make sense since I did not have that much to ship, but they promptly told me that they would do shipments by box count instead of volume, which was what I ended up choosing. The communication throughout the process was really good, the pick-up and delivery professionals were punctual and helpful, the customs clearing process was smooth, and all my items arrived before the expected delivery date and intact. I highly recommend Premier's services to everyone, and I would use them again, should I need to move internationally in the future. Thanks again to Jonathan and Helena and to all the Premier team for the professionalism and excellence throughout the entire process.

Very reliable and professional company. They dealt with my move from the USA to Brazil, where it is really hard to get all importing documentation cleared, and they did it magnificently.

The moving of our goods by Windmill Forwarding out of the Netherlands was executed by a third company Voerman and they did their job very efficient and thorough, because of which we were very content. Only advise we would have for them is that they would have instructed us in the beginning to put a valor to each separate box because this is almost impossible to do weeks after this when you already moved to a foreign country and you cannot remember of what you put in each separate box. After departing from the Netherlands to Brasil unfortunately we did not receive the first contact mail in Brasil because of which we started the handling proces in Brasil weeks later. That was not so bad after all because in the end our group container in the Netherlands took 3 months before it was filled and departed. As regarding to Premier Relocations I would have liked to have more personal contact by for example whatsapp contact but Premier Relocations preferred only contact by email during the administration proces. The administration part I found was very difficult and time consuming and I can imagine that some persons will be very frustrated if you are not good with administration.. But every time I send a email to Premier Relocation with my questions they answered in a short time and I could proceed. A very positive point in our case in the end was that I was surprised how fast the customs administration proces in Brasil went after entering of the goods in Santos. I thought this would be very difficult and time consuming but Premier Relocations made it possible that the goods were delivered at our house within 2 weeks. Probably this was due to the thorough administration proces and efficient staff of Premier Relocations too. To conclude I want to say that the moving crew of Premier Relocation was very helpful and friendly and gave the moving experience a very good ending! For this I have to credit Premier Relocation a lot!

São pontuais, são profissionais qualificados na coordenação, das equipes, organização de trabalho, execução do serviço cuidadosa principalmente com os itens frágeis e passíveis de quebra não perdendo o foco da rapidez do serviço.

I had a very good experience with Premier Relo with moving from Europe to Brazil.
E-Mail communication was smooth, my questions were answered quickly within one day.
Customs took a little bit longer than expected but my belongings arrived in excellent condition and were delivered punctually, quickly and handled with professional care.

Premier Relocations was excellent. Professional packing, always great communication, we knew what to expect every step of the way. Reliable and trustworthy. We will definitely use their services again and they are highly recommended. Everything arrived in top condition. I was surprised that even the most dedicate items made it unscathed.

Jonathan helped me moving from Brazil to Netherlands and years later the other way around.

Both times I had excellent services, he really cares about his clients.

I can't recommend him enough.

Moving from to Brazil is a complex process with many rules and regulations for shipping belongings. I had to deal with a variety of people in the company and their partner organizations and everyone responded quickly to issues that arose with clarity and support. I highly recommend them for international shipments.

I have used so many removals companies in my life but Premier Relocation just blew me away. We were let down at the last minute but Chris worked tirelessly to fit us in and also to navigate a number of last minute crises which meant the contents of a 4,000 sq ft house needed to go into storage with no notice. The crew was of such a high standard. They were polite, efficient and consistently went the extra mile. I honestly won’t use anyone else for removals ever again and I’m probably going to become a bore recommending them to everyone!!

We were very satisfied with the way Premier handled our international move. They responded quickly to all our questions and our stuff arrived in perfect condition. The only thing is that we would have liked to have been informed about the necessary paperwork at the country of destination beforehand. That would have saved us some trouble. But on the other hand, Premier helped us resolve it. Definitely recommend this company!

Everything was excellent! Very trustworthy people and company! My things arrived perfectly

I would like to say Thank You to Premier Relocation and staff for an amazing work. Jonathan helped me thru the process and I can’t thank him enough. My items arrived in great shape. I definitely recommend this company.

Thanks to Premier Relocations, my eleven boxes arrived in Rio in very good shape. Ever since my boxes left Miami, I have been kept abreast of their location. The service was absolutely professional and I highly recommend Premier.

I am very satisfied with all the work done by Premier.

After 19 years living in San Francisco, California, we decided to return to Brazil and chose Premier to handle all our moving.

Everything went perfectly and our moving was delivered on September 15, 2024. We were very satisfied with all the attention Jonathan gave us, responding to emails and WhatsApp messages from start to finish. I have already recommended a friend to do his moving and I will recommend him to anyone who asks me. Great work. Thank you Jonathan for everything.

Perfect!

I work very competently from the moment the goods leave Brazil until they are unloaded at the port and transported by road to the final destination.

The move was delivered very well packaged and without any damage.

Excellent, I recommend it!
