When I made the reservation Mr. Nathan explained the process very clearly, also throughout the process the other agents did as well. The movers were very professional and punctual. They took care of everything from packing/unpacking with care. Thank you

I am surprised by some negative reviews because from my first experience with the sales person, Patric, to the delivery with Lisa and Mikey yesterday, 4/14/26, I had excellent service. The price quoted only increased by $350 because my new apartment gave me the incorrect distance from the truck to my apartment. Lisa had great communication with me, and the delivery was on time with nothing broken and the furniture expertly set up. Safebound deserves all five stars. Every person I dealt with gave me correct information, instructions, and follow-up. I lucked out and consider myself a demanding customer with high expectations. Thank you, Safebound!

Safebound Moving was precessional and helpful from the get go. I was anxious for furniture delivery, and the office made it happen by assigning Felipe as the driver. He packed up the truck a day early, drove starting early in the morning so we could have time to unpack. He brought Nahuel to help unload. They worked incredibly hard, fast. They communicate well and ensured everything wa placed I. Correct li action. Moves can be difficult; these guys made it look easy! Thank you Safibounf,, highly recommend!!!

Richard was attentive to everything we needed put in every room and moved around like a interior decorator!

The guys that came out to load the truck were great and walked me through all aspects so I would understand what was being done. The help on the phone was great as well, over all a good experience.

We called 5 moving companies for estimates to move our belongings from Florida to North Carolina. 3 companies gave us estimates over the phone. No way. We wanted someone to actually show up in person, look at our stuff, and give us an accurate proposal. Safebound sent a salesman named Patric and gave us an estimate. After negotiating, we accepted their proposal and gave them a 33% deposit.
When the moving crew showed up, the manager told us that we needed to buy more truck space totaling an additional $6600. My jaw hit the floor.
I told them to move as much as possible including all heavy items. The following morning I rented a 20 foot U-Haul truck and some laborers to help. Also, I now had to tow the vehicle that I was going to drive. This resulted in an additional $2000. Then I had to hire laborers in North Carolina to help unload the U-Haul truck for another $500. Also, Safebound charged me an additional $2000 for packing supplies.
After posting a negative review, Safebound’s resident bully called me and offered an insulting $200 and then raised it to $400. He accused me of extortion when I declined.
If you hire this company, you are asking for trouble.

Hibert Mynor and Albert were very professional and quick with loading and unloading our furniture. They were very polite and respectful of our belongings. Would definitely use this company again for future moves.

GUI and Wilson have been the very best!!! They travel from one side of the state to the other with furniture, plants, bikes etc all secure. Helped me with where I needed to put everything in a house I hadn’t seen previously. I could have not made this move in my old age without their expertise and care!

This is Doris Morales and they were a great crew. Gui, Dani and Nico they were wonderful and they always smiled and thanked me for everything and I thank them and I’m going to refer them if I know anybody else that’s moving. They were really great and for my first time I was nervous, but they made me feel very very at ease and I enjoyed the whole work that they did
