They deducted payment twice from my…
They deducted payment twice from my account without prior notification or communication. I'm supposed to pay only once per month. How professional! After collection of normal monthly installment on 13 April they went on to deduct the extra amount on the 20th of April. Only payment due was 20 April. Just figured out as I went through my account this evening!

No I found it an excellent service because of the help and understanding from your staff, as I'm not good on devices and was having problems trying to upload documents from my old insurer, and all the staff basically did everything for me, and anything I didn't understand they actually posted stuff out to me, even though it was documents , ( obviously all insurance companies have the forms / doc that I needed, from old insurer, honest I'm very impressed, and I undersrand that some people gave bad reviews and as I said I understand specially people like me it can be frustrating, but I have to add to those reviews I'm actually glad that yous weren't sending Loam agreement out straight away and also disc etc because it made me feel safe as yous were been thorough in researching us that were not scammers, as we all know there's alot of that ATM, and yous are right to take time into making sure I'm a person that can be given the loan needed thankyou ALL

Bad application,
I live in Ireland and wanted to contact your client service in Ireland, but was directed to the UK.
Your application has some bugs which needs a lot of improvements. For example, when asking for documents to be uploaded, the application accepts only JPEG files, not PDFs. That was very inconvenient as most of the documents are in PDF.
