PremiumCues Reviews

Bought a set of Aramith Pro Cup pool balls. Great price. Very quick delivery. Highly recommend Premium Cues.

Easy to order. Quick delivery and on time and a great product.

Products are great and communication was fantastic, especially when resolving a small issue I had

I recently purchased an Asia Cue along with several accessories from Premium Cues and have been extremely impressed with both the products and the service.

Before placing my order, I had a number of questions about the cue, including the shaft characteristics, tip, balance point and future weight adjustment options. My questions were answered quickly, thoroughly and honestly, which gave me the confidence to proceed with the purchase.

The cue was dispatched incredibly quickly and arrived exactly as described. The quality of the products has been excellent and it is clear that Premium Cues have a genuine understanding of what cue sports players are looking for.

What stood out most was the combination of knowledgeable advice, excellent communication and fast service. It is refreshing to deal with a specialist retailer that clearly cares about its customers and the products it sells.

I would happily recommend Premium Cues and would not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.

The item received was exactly what I wanted and the quality was excellent it was just what I was hoping for and it will give me a great deal of pleasure for years to come thank you premium cues

Good cue descriptions. Simple order and payment process. Fast and well packaged delivery. Great price.
Thank you.

Quick delivery but the Peradon break cue was not as described.

Listing said it has a leather butt pad and an Elkmaster tip fitted.

Neither of these were the case.

Absolutely blown away with my new cue, amazing service

Excellent product

Brilliant service first time using them I made a mistake and they rectified it straight away. Definitely use them again. 10/10

The cue came on time and is what I expected, the only fault I have is there is a little bend in the cue when u roll it on the table

Excellent service, prompt delivery.
I do however have asked for an invoice by email for the product I purchased but still I haven't received anything.

I was so surprised at how quickly our order was received! My husband loves his new cue and feels his snooker game has improved already! It is light and well made. I believe it’s definitely worth the price we paid!

Great Service! Top Quality Cue 10/10 shame about the Royal Mail Delivery no knock or ringing of doorbell just dumped outside the front door. 😡

Fast delivery, great store!
