I worked with Ashly ( No E) Carter for my trip to Africa. It was a challenge due to having fixed dates and times, The other obstacle we faced were the ever changing rates from the Airlines. I wish outfits could guarantee a price longer than a few minutes. Ashly was able to overcome most of the issues we ran into. The magic she pulled off was incredible. We booked Business Class flight SRQ to ATL to MAN ( UK). Original flight SRQ to ATL did not provide enough time to make the ATL - MAN connection without stress so had to accept earlier Premium Economy for the SRQ - ATL ( for the same price!)
When we book Business Class we expect Business Class!

Paul was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Twice I wanted to make changes to the itinerary. This did not make him impatient at all. On the contrary, Paul was very understanding of the reasons for my new requests. I ended up with a good deal for a very long flight with a great schedule. I am truly thankful for Paul’s excellent help.

This is my first time using a third party to book business class flights from Europe back to USA, and they did not disappoint. I was to have worked with Danny who was very professional and whose dedication and passion was reflected in his work. My tour was rescheduled by the company and therefore I have to move my flights as well. Danny took care of it leaving very little stress at my end.

At the beginning I was a little skeptical since I had never used a platform like Premium Flights. Once I started conversations with Sara T. and experienced her amazing customer service, all my concerns disappeared. She explained the process step by step and was able to secure fantastic pricing for our multi city trip. I would recommend Sara T. to anyone planning an overseas trip. I know I will certainly reach out to her for my next trip.

Extremely Disappointing Travel Experience – Poor Planning and Lack of Consideration

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this travel agent Katie Anderson.When you hire a travel professional, you expect thoughtful planning, comfortable accommodations, and consideration for the needs of the people traveling. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

The first hotel was dirty and infested with roaches, making the accommodations completely unacceptable. It was also located across the street from a homeless encampment, which added to our concerns about the surroundings. To make matters worse, the hotel did not offer complimentary breakfast, an important amenity that should have been considered when planning the trip.

The lack of consideration continued with the train arrangements. The travel agent booked second-floor seats for senior citizens who had to manage and carry their own luggage. This demonstrated a serious lack of thought about the physical challenges and comfort of older travelers. Basic details like accessibility, luggage handling, and ease of boarding should have been taken into account.

The second hotel was another disappointment, as it also did not offer complimentary breakfast. After the issues with the first hotel, we expected better accommodations and more careful planning for the remainder of the trip. But at least it was clean.

Overall, this experience fell far below expectations. A travel agent should advocate for their clients, pay attention to important details, and ensure that accommodations and transportation are appropriate for the people traveling. Instead, we were left dealing with unacceptable hotel conditions, inconvenient train arrangements, and a lack of basic amenities.

I would not recommend this travel agent to anyone seeking a well-planned, comfortable, and stress-free trip, especially when arranging travel for senior citizens. Clients deserve better research, better communication, and a travel professional who genuinely considers their needs before making reservations.

We had a wonderful experience working with Layla while researching travel arrangements for an upcoming trip to Europe. She was incredibly kind, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process, and she put a great deal of time and effort into researching different cruise, airfare, and travel options for us.

The only negative feedback we would like to give to Premiuimflights is the request for a tip amount. Companies who have their employees working for for commission should not be requesting customers to pay a tip for their services. I don't believe you are a hospitality service and should not act as one. The tipping culture in America has gone over board and you just confirmed it.
