At the beginning I was a little skeptical since I had never used a platform like Premium Flights. Once I started conversations with Sara T. and experienced her amazing customer service, all my concerns disappeared. She explained the process step by step and was able to secure fantastic pricing for our multi city trip. I would recommend Sara T. to anyone planning an overseas trip. I know I will certainly reach out to her for my next trip.

Extremely Disappointing Travel Experience – Poor Planning and Lack of Consideration

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this travel agent Katie Anderson.When you hire a travel professional, you expect thoughtful planning, comfortable accommodations, and consideration for the needs of the people traveling. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

The first hotel was dirty and infested with roaches, making the accommodations completely unacceptable. It was also located across the street from a homeless encampment, which added to our concerns about the surroundings. To make matters worse, the hotel did not offer complimentary breakfast, an important amenity that should have been considered when planning the trip.

The lack of consideration continued with the train arrangements. The travel agent booked second-floor seats for senior citizens who had to manage and carry their own luggage. This demonstrated a serious lack of thought about the physical challenges and comfort of older travelers. Basic details like accessibility, luggage handling, and ease of boarding should have been taken into account.

The second hotel was another disappointment, as it also did not offer complimentary breakfast. After the issues with the first hotel, we expected better accommodations and more careful planning for the remainder of the trip. But at least it was clean.

Overall, this experience fell far below expectations. A travel agent should advocate for their clients, pay attention to important details, and ensure that accommodations and transportation are appropriate for the people traveling. Instead, we were left dealing with unacceptable hotel conditions, inconvenient train arrangements, and a lack of basic amenities.

I would not recommend this travel agent to anyone seeking a well-planned, comfortable, and stress-free trip, especially when arranging travel for senior citizens. Clients deserve better research, better communication, and a travel professional who genuinely considers their needs before making reservations.

We had a wonderful experience working with Layla while researching travel arrangements for an upcoming trip to Europe. She was incredibly kind, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process, and she put a great deal of time and effort into researching different cruise, airfare, and travel options for us.

The only negative feedback we would like to give to Premiuimflights is the request for a tip amount. Companies who have their employees working for for commission should not be requesting customers to pay a tip for their services. I don't believe you are a hospitality service and should not act as one. The tipping culture in America has gone over board and you just confirmed it.

Zack has always been an incredible travel agent to work with. He has helped me with finding the best prices on multiple occasions and he is still my go to guy whenever I decide to book a flight.

I remember my last minute flight to Monaco he assisted me with. He actually stayed up late and called to check if I made it on time as I needed and for me, that felt very kind of him. Thanks Zack. Oh by the way, I need to call you today for another last minute flight back to the U.S. 🙏😊

After trying to navigate all the sights and brokers available to find reasonable long haul flights NY to Korea I found Premium flights. I am so happy I did - my broker Leo was AMAZING he was an excellent communicator, understood our

I've used Premium Flights once each of the last two years. This year, Phil T provided us with the flights that best suited our requirements. And equally importantly, he has been quick to respond to my many questions.

Service: The service was great. Layla was very friendly and Helpful. She tried hard to find us a great deal.
Booking process: it did take a little time to process but it went well. Layla did great.
Staff: Layla was friendly, and patient trying to search the best deal for us. We were happy and appreciated her help.

This is an update of my previous review.
My scheduled flight was cancelled by the airline because of a merger. I immediately contacted my travel expert, Chuck. He tried diligently to rebook me with no hesitation. Am so glad that he was my agent and grateful for his time and effort. We haven’t finalized my rebooking yet but am confident that Chuck will come through!!!He is awesome!!!
