We worked with Brandon A
We worked with Brandon A. He got the job done and we are happy with the price. He is extremely persistent - which is the making of a good salesperson. We had a lot of decisions to make before we could book - sometimes he was a bit too eager. That said - we were happy with the service. And if all goes well with this trip - we will use him for future travel

Alen went above and beyond!
I wanted to visit my niece in Europe and was connected to Alen at Premium Flights. He went above and beyond in looking at a number of flight options to fit my budget and preferences. One flight was canceled at the last minute and he immediately began finding other flights. He was incredibly patient with all my questions and responded in a timely manner to any email or text I sent.
The next time I fly internationally, Alen at Premium Flights will be my first call. He took the headache out of the planning process and supported me throughout the trip. Great service!

Bill Jace was outstanding.
I connected with him at Premium Flights. I was on a mission to get to Copenhagen, Denmark, as my son had just unexpectedly passed away, and I wanted to celebrate his life with our family. Bill listened to my endless questions, and specifications for my flight. At all times he was patient, professional, and punctual. He offered me several possible flights meeting my criteria. I Was packed and ready to go but due to family members illness, needed to postpone until Spring. Once again Bill was ready to help. He is one of a kind and goes out of his way to find the best flight at the best fare for his clients.

Noah had been outstanding in putting together a multi-city flight plan from the US to Italy and back to the US. Several options were presented. With his advice an excellent plan was finalized providing us with the airline and plane seating we desired. He did a great job with cost savings. We have used Premium Flights several times now. They are superior to other agency choices.

Good overall knowledge of the flight reservation system.
Adam was quick to make sense of my several travel requirements and was able to find much better flights to my destinations than I was able to research myself- at a better price! My future travel agent. No more booking flights in a system that doesn’t work half the time and requires you enter info several times increasing your work when It does decide to work!
