Happy experience
I had to make an urgent trip to Bangalore, India. I contacted Chuck F who had helped me secure good deals earlier this year. He was very responsive and immediately sprang into action. He quickly researched and sent me two options. I selected Etihad due to short layovers in Abu Dhabi both ways. Within 39 minutes the trip was finalized and I received tickets shortly thereafter. We were driving to JFK terminal 4 about 24 hours after.
All this was possible due to efficient quick work by Mr Chuck; he is dependent knowledgeable and hardworking. I trust him to secure the best available deals. I will recommend him to my friends and colleagues.

Great Fares, Even Better Service
I’ve worked with Premium Flights a couple of times now and have had an excellent experience each time. A special shout-out to Alen N, who has consistently helped me secure some fantastic deals on business-class fares.
Beyond the great pricing, what really stands out is Alen’s level of service. He’s incredibly responsive and communicative, patiently answers every question, and goes out of his way to make sure all the details and documentation are taken care of. That kind of follow-through makes the whole booking process remarkably easy and stress-free.
I would absolutely recommend Premium Flights to anyone looking for great international airfare, and especially Alen N for the outstanding service. Thanks again, Alen!
