Hubby is very sceptical and has slept better than ever since having the grounding sheet on. I fall asleep easily and have also slept better since the sheet has been on the bed. Definitely recommend the grounding sheet to everyone, you can not put a price on a good nights sleep.

I’ve been using a sheet from premium grounding for the last 12 months and for whatever reason, my arthritis hasn’t been as bad and whenever I sleep in a different bed that doesn’t have the sheet I feel less refreshed in the morning I have now taken to traveling with the sheet so that I can get a great night sleep wherever I am. I find these amazing reviews hard to believe. I purchased a grounding bed sheet, five additional grounding mats, and a multimeter under what was advertised as a 90-day, 100% money-back guarantee.

I used the sheet for six weeks on a couple off and then on again and did not notice any improvement or difference in sleep or anything else. I also gifted the five mats to others, and none of the five people reported any noticeable differences either — so six of us in total experienced no change.

When I initiated a return within the 90-day period, I discovered that the additional mats were not eligible for return, which was not clear to me at the time of purchase. The advertising gave the impression that the guarantee applied to the full order.

For the eligible return, I was required to pay return shipping and the original shipping fee (which was stated as “free shipping “was deducted from the refund. The free gift also had to be returned unused to avoid a deduction. None of that was mentioned.

The company processed the return according to their policy, but I believe the exclusions and deductions could be made clearer upfront so customers fully understand what is covered before purchasing. Be aware

“I bought two sets for Christmas presents, and both recipients had no Idea what they just received. My one friend suffered from traumatic Migraines, so she was down to try anything. I purchased a grounding sheet after a personal recommendation and was drawn in by the advertised 90-day risk-free trial. We trialled the product for a fortnight but had to stop using it due to lack of sleep. It disrupted our sleep and made us uncomfortably hot, and the refund process initially proved difficult and time-consuming. It took a number of emails back and forth before I felt compelled to write this review, as the return conditions and responses made it challenging to pursue a refund.

I’m sharing this so other consumers don’t give up if they believe they are entitled to a refund, even if initially discouraged from pursuing it. As consumers, we are entitled to fair processes, and these online businesses rely on us.

Update:
Following this review, the company owner, James, personally contacted me by phone. He explained that administration of the business had temporarily been handed over to a third party while he and his wife were having a child, and he was unaware of any complaints — including this one. He said this Trustpilot review is what brought the issue to his attention. Originally a 1 star review - I cannot give more stars than that because it should never have got to this level of hard for a refund despite sincered apologies.
James offered sincere apologies, arranged a full refund, and advised that changes will be made to improve how returns and complaints are handled going forward. I appreciate the personal follow-up and that the matter was resolved once it reached the owner directly.

Just over 2 weeks using this sheet, initially, first morning after sleeping on it- less pain, more agility/mobility. Now, after about 2 weeks- my agility and mobility are even better, I feel more like a much younger than my 63 years! I have stopped using my pain medication as I no longer have the need for them, my sacro-iliac pain is not there (I am sure my issue is there, just not the pain) and my lateral cutaneous nerve issue isn't evident in pain, though I know the numbness issue is there. I have raved about it to anyone who will listen with friends suggesting I get a finders fee for the number of friends ordering themselves one! Lol

I know that this grounding sheet helps me. I know I have my back/nerve issues, over the year, I have had 2 significant injuries- I was accidentally "hip and shouldered" when I wasnt expecting it (body not in a defensive pose) and was in a whole heap of pain-went and got a massage after the incident, which helped a bit, but was really looking forward to going to bed, knowing the grounding sheet was going to help-it did, woke feeling much better. Recently, my lumbar region "popped" while attempting to assist in a lift- while I have used some anti-inflammatory meds, I am sure the sheet is also helping as my recovery is much better than expected.
People who know me, know that I tell the truth, I dont "talk something up" I speak honestly from personal experience, this has been one of the best things I have ever purchased. I bought my son one as well! I am always going to sing its praise, not grounding sheets in general, I always make it clear that I talk only about the benefits I get from the Premium Grounding Sheet. They ought to include a questionaire on purchase- how did you find out about us? Many buyers would probably answer:Terri, she never shuts up about the sheet! Lol

Just adding to the review my daughter has left. She kindly purchased us a sheet after seeing a turn around in her own pain levels and finally sleeping after two years of little sleep due to her Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome bought on by being injured at work. She hoped it might help her father after he suffered a massive stroke last year leading to a lot of nerve pain and discomfort on his affected side. She mentions this in her review. For me personally what I immediately noticed and didn't understand why until I watched the earthing movie was my brain was quieter and even though I woke the same amount at night I went straight back to sleep instead of tossing and turning. It made a difference to our sleep from the 1st night and I rarely wake up in pain anymore, it is incomparable. I have had issues with inflammation forever and now things are improving and I have been able to have better balance with my weight and my overall health is better.

There are no straps to keep it fixed on the bed but that hasn't been an issue, we also love that it goes under our sheet. Very grateful and highly recommended.
