I researched the possibility that sleeping on a grounding sheet would aid in controlling inflammation and help with my sleep quality. I conducted extensive research and found Premium Grounding as a source for my grounding sheet. Premium Grounding uses a higher quantity of stainless steel (an excellent conductor) in the manufacturing process vs. the copper or silver content used by other manufacturers.

There were many things happening in my life that were impacting how I was sleeping as well as my cortisol levels. I bought a grounding sheet and followed the directions. Within 7 days, I was sleeping for 5-6 hours straight and that has increased to 6-7 hours each night. This is a profound change following years of sleeping 2-3 hours than being awake for 1-2 hours, then being asleep for 2-3 hours.

My overall health and wellness have improved and the primary change that I made, is the introduction of a grounding sheet on my bed from Premium Grounding. I believe that it has helped to the point that I bought a grounding sheet for each of my brothers and two friends bought them also. the difference I've noticed is less restlessness when going to sleep (it still takes me a while but I'm not tossing and turning nearly as much) but I also do believe it has to be doing me good internally to have a break from all that excess electricity exposure we're continuously surrounded by so I'm happy with my purchase

I have had fibromyalgia for years and have been able to manage it for a long time. But recently have had other health issues which has made it hard to manage. Well I didnt expect that!!!
So I suffer from chronic pain and have done for 16years. My pain affects every moment of my day and night including my sleep (or lack of). After only two nights of sleeping in the grounding sheet, both hubby and myself were definitely sleeping better. We were more comfortable (not as much pain) . It’s been a three weeks now and I cannot believe the difference- I’m not sure how I’m ever going to sleep without it!!!! ”

I purchased the grounding mat initially to try out on my feet as they get a bit tired and sore after walking 18 holes of golf two or three days a week. Prior to buying the floor mat I would soak my feet in a foot soak solution with epsom salts and other ingredients which worked well but is a bit of work to prepare the soak.

I have found that the mat works well to help my feet recover from the big walks and I use it for 30 -60 minutes while sitting in front of the tv.

My husband has Parkinson's Disease and spends a lot of his day sitting in a chair, I gave him the grounding mat to try and he really likes it and says it does help his day to day discomfort with health issues. So I lost my grounding mat and decided to buy another one for my feet and I now have the cloth mat which is probably more versatile for me. If my back is a bit sore I will lay it down a cushion behind my back and it helps me to recover my discomfort while watching tv. It works well with my sore feet and I have decided to take it on holiday overseas soon to use with tired feet and maybe put under my sheet to help with sleep if I'm having trouble sleeping. It won't take up much space in my suitcase. I'm very happy with my purchases

This product is different from previous grounding sheets I’ve purchased. It has a heavier weight and lies flat - and unmoving under the fitted sheet. Excellent product.
