Convenient, easy, and a huge relief off covid stress!
Tests and testing sites have been very accessible to me and my family. Unfortunately my boyfriend got covid, and then my mom, then my dad, but not me!! Through all our various fluctuations of covid and contagion periods and anxieties, premium health ktown has been there for us! This ktown location is only a couple blocks from us and we can always make same day appointments. I also love their “home test” feature, in which a premium health nurse comes to your home and issues you a test!

Great service. Only thing I would like to see is to let people know that this is a mobile operation. I just happened to run into the person who was giving the test by accident. Other than that it was smooth sailing.

Was Feelin Blue till I met you.
I just want to say I wasn't feeling well at all. I reached out to my local retailer WG and the service was horrible. Having an open mind at 3pm on a Saturday trying to get an immediate test I was able to locate Premium Health and in minutes had a location within 6 miles. I was instructed to exact location and the vehicle had the blue and white logo making it as easy as 123. I was guided by a lovely personality Ava. Very kind and patient. Most appreciated! I happen to work in Pasadena and was able to drive less then a Mile more and provide my feedback to get the needed sick time off. I felt very confident knowing I had the extra Mile with Premium Health.

Your people were professional and pleasant to deal with. I liked that we were tested outside where it is less likely to spread germs. Another plus is having a local place where you don't have to drive far.
