It is all a big scam

The worst website ever - and absolute shame that Instagram promotes all these frauds. I have registered a consumer complaint also but no heads. Innocent customers like me block their hard earned money on which these scamsters thrive. Presi Clo - if you have some shame left please see what have you done about the Order Number 105891028 which you were to replace ages ago. I have nil hopes from you - but I am sure there will be some justice somewhere.

Terrible Experience: Wrong Product, Extreme Delay & No Refund

I ordered a suit from PresiClo on 24 June 2026 (Order No. 105891154) for ₹21579, with 3-day priority delivery. However, I received the order after around 40 days. Worse, i received completely different order, which would be hardly be worth Rs. 3000. Despite this, I have still not received my refund and looking at other reviews im starting to believe its a scam theyre running. Other customer please stay alert.

This has been a highly unprofessional and disappointing experience.

My order came over month after…

My order came over month after ordering. And it was the wrong product. I have sent emails, no response. Called the number, no response their insta page doesn't have a message option and most of their post dont have comment section. So literally no way to get in touch. The size doesn't fit and the colour is wrong. I am assuming you will send me the same generic response even when I'm going to put the order number here. Order 105891190 (the quality wasnt bad though)

Scam company

This company is writing same reply to everyone that they never found any order with our name , if anyone connects with me then I will share screenshot of their whatsapp ......its a total scam by local scammers of greater noida Kasna region , if you all check they dont have any address or any other contact information and even their comment section is off.....I wonder how myntra is working with them ....they all should be jailed

SCAM ALERT! Do not give these people your money.

They took ₹3,969 from me on 29 June and never sent the product. That's it. That's the whole business model.

I paid extra, ₹349 on top, for priority delivery. Here's what "priority" got me: they generated a shipping label on 30 June and then did absolutely nothing. The tracking has said the same thing for a full month.

Pickup scheduled. No pickup scan, no transit, nothing. The parcel was never handed to the courier at all. They just made a label so the tracking link looks like something is happening while they sit on your money.

I emailed their support on 22 July. Zero response. Not even an automated reply. I called them again and again until someone finally picked up on 24 July, and that person told me straight to my face that the package would arrive in two days and that the ₹349 would be refunded.

Both were flat out lies. Nothing arrived. Nothing was refunded. Since that call I have rung that number more than 15 times and not once has anyone answered.

Their own shipping policy claims orders are processed in 24 to 72 hours. Mine was never processed at all, and when I asked about it they went silent.

I am not the only one. Go read the other reviews. Same story every time. Money taken, fake tracking label, support disappears. At that point it stops being bad service and starts being a scam.

A month of my time wasted chasing a company that had no intention of sending anything. I'm filing a consumer complaint and disputing the payment.

Anyone reading this, save yourself the trouble. This is not a real store.

Perfectly operated scam. Has no dispute resolution. No mails responded or calls picked up. Disaster.

Received a product completely different from ordered item. Not an error of sort.

Cheaters and scammers

Worst Service and quality. Wrong product delivered that also of worst quality. And since then trying to contact them but no response calls no one will answer and no reply to emails. They are scammers request all not to order from them. And Myntra should just delist them

A complete scam

I would give them zero stars if I could. The website is a scam. They delay the delivery by 40-60 days. The reply to every follow up for delivery was the same “adverse weather in warehouse area.” Finally when the item arrives, it is either not the purchased item or something of very poor quality. Once you report the issue to them, they say their returns team will get in touch but they never do. They cover their tracks well enough that any attempts for charge back through your banks will fail.

12 months delivery still pending

Order#10416 Ordered 4 months ago. No delivery no update. After several attempted follow up they mentioned courier was not delivered and still to be delivered to their warehouse. Still waiting a refund.
Would NOT recommend. Poor service and definitely poor customer service.

Poor quality

The quality they deliver is way different than the one they show on their profile.. It's just a marketing gimmick. Even the colors differ

Style over substance

What happens when a company entirely focuses on its photoshoots and go to market strategy, rather than refine it's core product and customer service.

Don't even know where to start with this one, took over a month to deliver, the quality is beyond terrible, to top it all of they've stopped responding.
