After being messed around with the big calibration companies I found Press Cal online.
I called for further assistance and spoke to Jamie. Extremely friendly and professional. I can’t remember the last time I received 5star customer service.

Even though Press Cal are in the North of the country and I’m in the south, I got that local professional service.

I highly recommend Jamie and Press Cal and will be using them for the future. Demarco Services will support Press Cal as they move forward with the product calibrations too.

From sending first enquiry to receiving Press tool back from calibration. All done quickly and received back complete by the time i came home from a weeks holiday so no down time not having it unlike other companies taking 2-3 weeks from a item of plant you require regularly.

Great knowledge and customer service. Explained a lot of answers to questions I had about press in general. Great service dropped tool off at local fed ex drop off and was returned to me within a couple days. After finding Jamie via Chat GBT, we had a great conversation over the phone, I sent my 14 year old Geberit Novopress ACO202 off and the next day received a phone call from Jamie explaining the repair cost or a alternative refurbished machine, he said he had all the original parts in stock to repair my machine so I opted for that as it was more cost effective for myself, 2 days later my crimp machine was delivered, well packaged and protected, all working 100% the repair had been undertaken, a service performed and a certificate of crimp pressure provided, an absolute top bloke would highly recommend Press-Cal, great knowledge, great service 👌👌

after an internet search to find a company who could repair and calibrate our machine tool and jaws ,i found press.cal. after contacting them ,iI was sent a pre paid label for collection from our site ,
the job was completed very quickly and returned in a couple of days (it took our last company 8weeks to complete ,we have more units to send over when required ,a great service would highly recomend
