Agent Jake is now my go-to for travel. I booked a flight to Singapore on British Airways, and the Club World seat was great for working. The dinner service was also excellent. Overall, the experience felt smooth and well handled.

Flew with Virgin Atlantic to New York. The Upper Class cabin has a cool, club-like vibe. The food was delicious, and the crew were very friendly and attentive. Martin was patient and knowledgeable, answering all my questions along the way.

Kudos to Sophia! She found a fantastic deal for business class on Emirates to Dubai. The seat comfort and onboard lounge were excellent, and the service fully lived up to expectations. The follow up before travel was a really nice touch.
