The company's advertising was clear and simple to order from. Speed of delivery was excellent.

Ordering was smooth and I appreciated that the delivery address phone number was taken as other companies in my experience just dump fruit baskets on the Care home doorstep to be forgotten & stolen very reassuring I feel this company really cares about getting my order to the recipient!

I would highly recommend this wonderful company. I placed an order (#9935153) to be delivered to my Aunt for her 94th birthday however, I mistakenly put the wrong house number on the order, so it was returned back to Prestigehampers. I reached out to them via email to ask if there was any way that this order could be re-sent to my aunt. Sarah B. assisted me and was so very kind and helpful. I explained to her that it was my mistake, but that I had used them several times in the past and since the parcel was returned to them, un-opened (and there was nothing perishable), could they please re-send it. Sarah B. worked her magic and made it happen. Sarah was very professional, courteous & efficient and truly turned a very stressful and upsetting situation for me, into a happy & grateful experience. In this day & age when many companies wouldn't necessarily have helped or cared, it was so refreshing to be heard and helped.

I ordered flowers and birthday cake for my sister who is also recovering from surgery. 3 attempts were made to deliver the flowers. For one reason or another these deliveries failed. It was not a reflection on Prestige Hampers but the courier not allowing enough time to answer the door. I was disappointed so emailed Prestige Hampers to let them know about the issue rather than to complain. Their response was fabulous. Quick to reply and offered to resend the delivery which arrived safe and sound. Fine example of what you do to sort it out when things go wrong. Overall I’m very pleased.

Perfect gift for my elderly mother, fresh fruit and cheese, all top quality. Delivered quickly and exactly as advised. She loved it and said the presentation was really good too.

Ordered 2 hampers for birthdays. Both arrived on scheduled date; recipients weren’t indoors but hampers left in “safe place” and I was advised of this. I, in turn, let them know, They tell me goods were high quality. Very pleased.

I ordered 2 hampers from Prestige Hampers. One to Seven Oaks which arrived and was excellent. The other one to Maidstone, was not delivered and "returned" to prestige hampers as there was no one to receive it at the address given.
I contacted them and asked could it be re-sent, they said no as it went to a separate warehouse and as it was food it couldn't be sent out again. I contacted the people who I sent it to, who have a camera doorbell, they said no one had come to the house on the day in question.
I re-contacted prestige hampers and they said it was a 3rd party issue for the royal mail and there was nothing that could be done. But they'd give me money off my next order. So they're success rate for hamper delivery is 50%, I wouldn't recommend them as they just did not deal with the issue and I followed up with them on a number of occasions. They didn’t care. Saying there is nothing you can do it is a matter for the Royal Maile, is not of any use, and the "address unknown" is new information as I was told there was no one there. The address is not unknown, when I visited the family I used the address to find their house.

I received an email showing a 10% reduction on purchase but this could not be activated when ordering. Several responses from me eventually got accepted and a refund arranged. Very helpful pursuance was undertaken by Kyle.k. Thank you.

Easy to navigate website. Lots of choice and value on hampers. Can select for different occasions. When the hampers were delivered, very next day, they were well.packed and food was delicious. The recipients of ones I ordered enjoyed them and they told me they arrived in.pristine condition
