Bad attitude
Having spent hundreds of pounds with this company I was saddened by the poor attitude of their customer support. Having made a recent order their chosen courier failed to deliver on 3 seperate occassions. When asked for help all i got was a negative attitude and them sending me clauses from their t&c's. Thankfully this happened before i placed another big order. I can why they only have a trustpilot score of 3.7.

I am a returning customer. The communication and delivery options are great and the hampers seem to be good value . The presentation of a recent perishable goods hamper was disappointing , wilted and quite bland so I would perhaps only purchase a non fruit option in future

Not worth the price
Not worth the price.
Purchased online and small basket turned up which wasn’t even gift wrapped properly; a little cellophane for presentation purposes wouldn’t have gone amiss to make a flimsy but pricy purchase look a little more presentable.
Only positive was delivery time fast.

The best present ever!! My dad 85, was so happy and excited about this present.
I made the order the day before his birthday, as I had forgotten, and a lovely basket, with all the beautiful goodies, was delivered the very next day, on his birthday on the complete right time for a birthday present to arrive, and it was a Sunday.

Second time we've used Prestige Hampers and we have been delighted with their product, presentation and very fast delivery, both times.
On the second occasion, we placed an order (from Australia), for a chocolate hamper, for my parent's 70th wedding anniversary, the day before. The order was delivered, on time, the very next day. My parents were delighted with the product and the presentation.
Very highly recommended for quality products, presentation and rapid on-time delivery.
