Delivery was terrible- but that’s not exactly their fault. But using a terrible company who treat packages like crap is.

I am paralysed and ordering makeup for the first time in years- no idea what is good want to try different things whatever you recommend- i decided on lucky dips to get a selection of products! Received a reply saying they would take excellent care to ensure I got a good range of products
3 identical sets of make-up arrived.its cardboard with tester samples- all find but all of the same colour…
Three packets of beauty blenders.. four in each box
For 40 quid I’ve got a cardboard pallete of testers and 12 beauty blenders….
Not thrilled won’t buy again.

Absolutely gorgeous glitter eyeshadow products, very pretty and safe to use on the eyelids too.

Fantastic company with great customer service and support.

I placed order PLC1932 and paid for my order, but I never received it. I eventually had to contact my credit card company and dispute the transaction. I also received an email saying my order had shipped, but the products never arrived.

I have also seen other customers complain on social media about orders not arriving, and I have personally seen negative comments disappear. Based on my experience, I would not order from this company again.

I bought some products two months ago. I have not receive anything. So, I lost money and receive nothing. It looks scam to me.

Not the only one this that has issues with PRETTY LITTLE COSMETICS 🤬😡

Not only my package didn’t come - the customer service doesn’t even exist. No one replied to my emails, no one responded to my comments and messages on instagram.

Im absolutely gutted about this experience.
Made a purchase on the website on the 30th of June after a long time of waiting and checking the Shop app I finally had it changed to that it was shipped on 12th of July.

I have messaged numerous amount of times through different platforms (email, whatsapp, messenger and Instagram) and either having an AI response stating they'd put me through to a member of staff and never actually do or im blanked all together.

I have put through a claim through my bank now to get the money back as for it to be around a month and still not receive anythint is ridiculous.

Such a shame over previously ordered from this company and love the glitters but ordered the preorder pallette with a free pallete and some other glitters expecting all to be depatched around 10th June. When it didn’t come I wasn’t worried as figured delays happen with new stock so left it until now and realised the tracking says despatched the 10th June so emailed and messaged to check this and had no reply at all. Very disappointed as loved the other things I ordered

i spent over 130 bucks on this website order number PLC2087 and they haven't shipped anything. they don't respond to my messages - neither emails nor instagram messages. i also noticed they hid the comment i made on their instagram page.

to the shop: btw, i will not leave it like that, you guys. you're messing with a wrong person.

to potential customers: these are total scammers. AVOID

I placed an order on 4 June for my wifes Birthday. Since that day, I have sent 4 emails with no response back. Their "tracking" still shows label created...and it has been that way for almost a week. None of my emails have been responded to and I still do not have my order.

This company will take ur money, never send ur products and never refund you, if your going to gamble ordering, do it through Paypal so u can get a refund through them, absolute crooks. Also changed their name cos their other reviews were SO bad, look up Z’s cosmetics you’ll see all the same stuff aswell as the owner arguing with the reviewers in the comments, hardly professional, a bunch of random people you have never met have no reason to lie and say your company is terrible because it is. Absolute TRASH

I ordered a pressed glitter pigment for my 20th birthday party which is coming up and i couldn’t be happier! I had the shade “pretty little doll” and it’s perfect. The customer service was absolutely amazing and so helpful when i asked for tracking info. Couldn’t recommend this business enough! thank you again for your help🥰I’ll definitely be ordering again

Ordered on 15th December and never received it. Emailed for updates and received no response. On seeing reviews here I realised this is obviously a scam. Contacted my bank to raise a dispute and had a refund the next day. Everyone needs to do this as they clearly count on people not bothering for small amounts.

I order on the 11th January this year with no items delivered email them with no communication tryed to call them no answer so trying to get my money back buy reported to my bank see what happens

Please do not order from this company, ordered beginning of December not heard anything from them or received anything from them, I have messaged them several times asking for an update and then asking for my money back. Joke of a company.

Ordered back in November and still have yet to receive my package. When I track my order it says it has been recieved. Lies lies lies, I had ordered them for a party I'm going to & now I have none 😞 my tracking number is PLC1849. I've sent messages on tiktok, insta, email & no reply. So unfortunately seems I've been scammed 😔

Ordered 26th November. 1 1/2 months later and received nothing. No response to emails, Facebook messenger and WhatsApp.

Save your money, do not order this company are scammers

I have placed an order on November 18 2025. I received immediately a confirmation via email. After that no updates. I have tried to contact them but no response until December 5, I got an email with the message that the order had been send. Since then no contact and no package. I have tried to email send a message via Instagram, chat on the website, and also the track and trace via Shop does not have any result. I respect the fact that it has to be send abroad and that during holiday season the post can take longer. But 2 months waiting for a package is really crazy! Very bad experience I have to say. I would like to get my order or my money back.
