I ordered from out of country and it was held by customs for containing lead

The owner is a really nasty and down right mean individual who cannot handle ANY kind of criticism. I would not buy from a brand who sends out nasty messages to individuals just because what was said hurt their feelings. Please, grow in to an adequate business owner.

Horrible, cheap, makeup dropshipped straight from Ali Express. Don’t fall for their “small business” branding, they are just charging sephora prices for dollar store “makeup.” Be wary of all 5 star reviews, as the brand owner has a history of begging for positive reviews and bullying critics. Scabby makeup from a scabby owner. Shame.

the color shift lip product over black base absolutely does not look like the heavily edited reel where i first became intrigued by the finish and appearance.

i really hoped this product was reflective of the promo images they have shared. returning this product if i can. did not like the texture of the other two products i purchased. bummmed.

Products are not as pictured; arrived late, with eye shadow pallet nothing but crumbles. When I called, customer service was awful; the person I emailed with could've cared less, and her response was basically "too bad; too sad; we aren't responsible for how it arrives." When I pointed out that it was poorly packed- just loose in a shipping box-she denied that this happened and then I got no more responses to my emails. I spent good money on crappy, cheap, likely China drop-shipped cosmetics.

The owners need to close shop and go to therapy. Learn how to treat people before working woth the public. Be better.

Owner Gemma is a disgraceful abusive bully. Middle school mean girl level. She bullied a constructive reviewer Ella Kinkley WHO IS A REAL LIFE PROFESSIONAL QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER when called out on Gemma's begging for reviews on her IG. So low class. I'd never buy her crappy makeup now.🧙

Would give zero stars. Some people aren’t fit to run a business and are just after your money. This is one of those. To the “owner,” I’d suggest it’s time you work a stable 9-5 at a legit company and humble yourself if you care to improve.

I’ve ordered the skullz & roses palette and boujee boudoir. Shipping was quick, one of the shimmers was unfortunately broken during shipping but was quickly replaced promptly once I emailed. The Quality is unmatched, the shimmers are my favourite but the mattes are also highly pigmented. I’ve been waiting for Mandela to be restocked so I can purchase this next.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with their makeup. This is the only eyeshadow I wear. Silky smooth. Liquid or pressed. The fact that they are always fast to ship i get my products within 2 to 3 weeks from overseas.

I ordered a eyeshadow palette, it was 57 dollars for 16 shadows and I was shocked after saw what came in..the eyeshadow are dry and create a lot of fallout the pigments not consistent some have little colour and some have barely any.. definitely not like the pictures at all. I will never order again.

Review manipulation has destroyed my trust in this brand

I want to make it completely clear that I have not purchased or used Kaima Cosmetics products, so I am not reviewing the quality of their makeup.

I am reviewing what I have personally witnessed from the brand on social media and why it has made me decide I would not purchase from them.

Seeing a company ask its TikTok followers to leave positive Trustpilot reviews — including encouraging people who have not actually purchased or used the products to do so — immediately destroys my confidence in that company's review score.

Trustpilot reviews are supposed to help consumers make informed decisions based on genuine experiences. Asking a large social-media following to boost a rating with positive reviews completely undermines that purpose.

What concerns me even more is the way criticism of this practice appears to have been handled publicly. Rather than acknowledging why people might find review manipulation concerning and addressing the issue professionally, the controversy has continued.

As a potential customer, this is enough for me to choose not to purchase from Kaima Cosmetics. I need to be able to trust that a company's reviews genuinely reflect its customers' experiences — good and bad.

Businesses cannot control what their customers think of them, but they can control how they respond to criticism. Trying to drown out negative feedback with positive reviews from followers is not how trust is built.

After what you did to Ella Kinkley, whose LICENSED JOB is it to CHECK THE ETHICS OF BRANDS, you deserve to lose your business. No victim of bullying would want to become a bully. You do realize private messages are TRACEABLE and the DEVICE USED can be traced back to who was sending those messages right??? That device will MOST LIKELY be under Gemma's personal device lmfaoooo. so i ordered from here around 2021/22 i got the duo chrome pigments(amazing qaulity) however it saddens me that the owner who claims to have been a target for bullying has been caught doing the same to customers.

as someone who greatly suffered from acne most of my life before i got accutane to help clear my skin, believe me when i say this to have someone target you based on looks alone destroys you, there is enough hate in the world, lets spread glitter and kindness to folks.

ive rated 3 stars entirely because when i ordered in 2021 the brand stood for something. i was still a studying MUA at college during this and i created some lovely looks..i havent bought anything since then but i still love what i bought. it would have been 5 stars if they actually acted like a buisness, almost 1million followers and showing that level of human disgrace..

I would never trust a brand that not only asks people to leave good reviews even if they have never tried the products and welcomes fake reviews. Not only that but allows her followers to bully people and doesn’t say something about it. I would reverse my charges if I had a problem and got no response from the company
