Absolutely appalling refund times
Absolutely appalling refund times! I returned my item over 3 weeks ago, had an email to say they received my item yet I’ve still not been refunded. They are happy to take our money straight away, 3 weeks it’s an absolute joke to wait and I’m still waiting. Tried contacting customer care and it’s pretty much non existent. Also shocked how they sneak a 1.99 fee on the order. I will not be buying anything from here again.

Ordered a dress for my birthday event and paid NDD for it to never turn up. Told I couldn’t get a refund until I waited 2 WEEKS for it to arrive. Evri confirmed it was lost and they still wouldn’t refund me. Now it’s been over the 2 weeks they’re ignoring me! Basically stole my money
PLT absolutely joke of brand, poorest customer service ever!
App is a complete joke, move like it has a bug. Placed an order last night immediately realised that I had an old address in there. 1st no option like other brands to update with in 10mins, limited customer service options. Ended up speaking with AI over WhatsApp, told me cannot make amendments, cannot cancel. I must visit the old property and try collect the parcel. An hopefully have faith that they new owners will send back if anything. Baring in mind this parcel still hasn’t been shipped or ready for delivery yet. Couldn’t make sense of AI and it stated it was passing the query over to a human, 16+ hours later still haven’t heard from them.

Closed my account due to high returns - due to poor quality and sizing issues I do return but cannot believe it was closed because of this without warning.
Was given £30 gift voucher they then refused to refund me - was from my friends for my birthday.
Technically stole £30 from us and it’s not in there terms and conditions to do this.

Placed an order and paid extra for unlimited next day delivery, my order didn't arrive the next day so I messaged them and it turns out they've used standard shipping to ship out my order even though I paid extra for next day. I used to buy all my clothes from here and when they rebranded I stopped. Decided to give them a try again and was just reminded why I stopped ordering from them in the first place. The sizing of the clothes is all over the shop and the delivery service is awful. Won't be ordering again.
Bad business practices
Ordered an advent calendar for the kids. PLT cancelled the order the next day and raised the price 25%. I contacted support who said they were out of stock ... they weren't they just increase their price. Contacted support who helpfully responded with "I can see where you are coming from" .... no apology, no attempt to resolve, looks like a firm designed to target young people with some dubious businenss practices.

SCAM OF A COMPANY
Would give zero stars if I could, returned two items together in same parcel, only got refunded for one, which took over 3 weeks. Their customer service said they have checked CCTV and state other item was not returned. But conveniently will not provide me with this evidence. Dress was inside the shoe box and they would have had to pick the dress up to check shoes were also in the box. PLT are a scam of a company and I will not use them again. Absolute disgrace, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This has happened multiple times now.
It's so shocking they will happily take your money but not 'deliver' quite literally!
Then when I message the Facebook I was asked for my order number THREE TIMES (I had given it the first time they asked!)
For them to give me an update that I can already see on evri website they just sent over the copied transcript from evri's site, so cheers for that completely unhelpful advise!
Parcel meant to be delivered on 20/11 and they've told me to wait till 1/12.
Evri keep saying out for delivery and then no update or sorry we can't deliver it

Awful company - still waiting on a refund which they have never sent. Also ordered an item which evri left outside and it was stolen, no customer service reply to get a new item sent out. I also had paid for purchase protection (which they added without asking) and I can’t even use it! Do not use this company
DO NOT SHOP WITH PLT
I haven’t ordered anything from PLT since 2018, the first and last time at that time. Yet recently I have been looking for a specific faux fur coat and found it on PLT and decided to take a chance with them again. HUGE MISTAKE! I placed my order November 13, it hasn’t moved since November 15 and is “scheduled to arrive” today, November 21. Of course they have AI assisting with customer service inquiries as opposed to real people so of course the communication is lacking tremendously! All it can tell me is that my order is scheduled to arrive today to wait until 9 PM this evening. I highly doubt it will be here because again the carrier hasn’t even updated their info since 11/15 and it doesn’t even show it’s in my state OR the States at all 😒. I asked the AI assistant about their refund policy and my message was flat out ignored. I’ll be giving them an additional 5 days to deliver my item otherwise I will be in contact with my bank, I don’t play like that and especially not with companies. You all know exactly what it is that you’re doing and quite frankly I don’t even understand how this business is still able to continue. The reviews are terrible and the way the company is being ran is even more horrible. Do NOT shop with PLT! Save your time and money. And I seen those lame responses some of the company employees left, yall are apart of the problem. Those responses are very dismissive, condescending and not helpful.

The item didn’t come next day, it came the day after to which it was too late for me to wear.
I’ve contacted them via instagram and WhatsApp now. They’re refusing to refund me my next day delivery and are charging me for a return!
Everytime I show them proof of my email showing it says NEXT DAY DELIVERY + FREE RETURNS. They send an auto reply saying they’re really busy and replies will be delayed!
