I spoke with Jennifer on 4/16/26 in order to register my new Pride chair. I found Jennifer friendly, cheerful and dedicated to the good quality product that you sell. This is the 3rd Pride product I have owned over the course of many years. I deal with the life long effects of polio so I need this to be reliable each and every day. I saw that same enthusiasm in Jennifer that I have for Pride. Thank you.

Pride Mobility Jazzy Ultra Light was not my first choice, but it should be everyone else’s. I first went for a little cheaper price, but found the reverse was very slow and if you increased the speed for reverse, but forgot to reduce to go forward, you could fall out of the chair at that speed. I purchased my Pride chair from Top Mobility. I got the chair and 3 year in home warranty for $2999. The first chair I returned was from All Star for $1999. All Star did stand behind their return and refund policy so I’m grateful for that and their chair might work for you. I just feel the Pride Jazzy Ultra Light is a better chair and worth the extra money with the in home service plan. In the long run it probably will cost me less because with the All Star warranty I’d have to pay for a service technician to come to the house to diagnose the problem before they would consider the problem under warranty.

Purchased my Baja Wrangler 2 from Mobility 1st Ltd. in London On. Canada with free shipping to my home in Calgary Alberta. Transaction went smoothly and it arrived on time. Wife and I got it removed from the pallet, set up and charged no problem although the charging instructions were vague at best. I used to sell golf carts so figured it out quickly. The scooter is pretty quick and the only complaint I have is the steering is twitchy, catching the edge of a curb or other with the edge of a tire almost ended in disaster. I've never owned or driven a mobility vehicle before so I don't know if they are all like that or not. I'll be keeping both hands on the controls in the future. Overall I'm very satisfied with the supplier and the product, would definitely recommend both.

I am so happy to finally have my freedom to move back. No more paying for bus rides just to travel up the block. My cardiac correction surgery is now scheduled so the scooter will be a big help in recovery.

I couldn't be happier with my pride mobility scooter. It's made such a huge difference in my everyday life getting around is easier more comfortable and a lot more enjoyable
I would like to give a shout out to Francisco from National Seating & mobility in Corpus Christi Texas he did a fantastic job from start to finish, he arranged for my hitch install, delivered my scooter and installed the electric lift on my vehicle all I had to do is get the vehicle where it needed to be I would definitely recommend a pride mobility scooter and without a doubt have Francisco and the National Seating & Mobility team do the install

I’ve not had my recliner very long; but I’m enjoying it so far.

I had previously owned a used Pride Revo 2.0, that is why I decided to purchase a new one. I am very happy with my purchase. Mobility City of KC made it easy.

Everything went great with ordering my jazzy ultra light mobility wheelchair. Received it really fast within less than a week. I have used several times for outings and it has been a great experience. Doing traveling this summer and know this is the one for me!

Got my scooter from Donnie at Ability Center in Goodyear AZ. Such a wonderful shop and crew. Had a couple hiccups but easily and quickly resolved. Love the scooter. Was ridding a 15 yo Safari. I miss my seat elevation but Mobil is the key word. This Pride Victory 9 is a great scooter. Nice size. Fit with my lift and into the back of my van easily. Old muscle memory is hard to erase but we are getting there. My thanks to Ability Center. They have or can access everything. Including beautiful adaptive new vans. Have dealt with this family since I moved to the valley 30 years ago. Top notch people.

I love my GOGO PRIDE SCOOTER...my daughter has one as well and we just used our at Luke Days at Luke AFB ..it was great

I love my scooter- go go elite travel- 4 wheel. Very nimble. Very easy to use. Love the turning radius. The range of speed available is good for me. The seat is very comfortable. Also feel comfortable taking it outside on paved pathways.

Several complaints:
- like to have a variety of basket sizes available.
- the manual is not user friendly and covers too many models which makes it hard to navigate.
- the info in the manual about the battery and charger is incomplete and actually incorrect.
- the sales people should be more informed about the battery and charger and we were given incorrect information. However when we finally spoke to a technician he quickly and clearly resolved our question. No where in the manual was that problem addressed.

I overall approve of the quality and function of my gogo super portable scooter. I do find that driving at full speed that the speed will vary quite a bit.

I’m soo happy with my scooter and I have able to enjoy it with my family.
Because before I received my scooter I haven’t been able to enjoy going places with my family. Now I can go anywhere I want to.

ordering the chair, arrival, and set up all went well. The chair is high-quality(I got the leather option) and the only improvement I would recommend is to quiet down the massage feature.

Quality build, easy to assemble and operate, reasonable cost, great load capacity. No negatives so far.

As someone who needs a mobility device, I could't be happier with this purchase. I already own the Pride Revo 3 wheel, and needed something more transportable. This fit the bill and has a very nice range with the upgraded battery.

Back cushion is too tight due to concave. Very uncomfortable. I complained to the supplier last week and haven’t heard anything.

I had the pleasure of having Barbara Williams, customer service assist me with a variety of requests via, chat, email and phone. She couldn't have been more helpful. It was so refreshing to be as pleased as I am with this customer service interaction. She helped me help my friend who's life is going to be so positively impacted by such a fantastic power chair. Wonderful mobility scooter. Absolutely enjoyable and pleasing to use.
