I bought a slightly used Pride electric wheelchair from a friend. I needed information/help on two issues. I called Customer Service and the lady solved both problems almost instantly. I could not be more pleased.

Good Customer service
It’s stressful enough to have mobile issues. I’m traveling by flight they want all this stuff and information. Emily Harris my customer rep made easy for me to get information and dimensions I need to travel. I’m so glade I got a scooter from a good company like Pride with good customer service rep like Emily how speak clear and is patient and emailed me and walked me through the information. La batterie du fauteuil a cédé au bout de 6 mois. Remplacée sous garantie une première fois, est retombée en panne 8 mois après. Problème de boîtier, problème de cale tronc et cale cuisses qui n'ont pas tenu. FAUTEUIL NON FIABLE. a passé 10 mois en réparation et est revenu non utilisable par la personne handicapée. UNE HONTE!!!

Pride Mobility Viva Lift Chair
I purchased a Pride Mobility lift chair Viva Metro in October. Approximately three months after purchasing it I noticed the seat began sinking. When I called the store I was told this was the new design. The seat continued to flatten in the middle, making it very uncomfortable. I contacted the store. They contacted Pride. Pride sent one of their representatives to see the chair. He did see the dip and said he would report back to the company. The store that sold the chair called to offer me a gel seat cushion. Pride did not offer to correct the seat or replace the chair. After paying almost 2,000.00 I can only encourage people not to buy this chair. It is a very poor design and the company did nothing to resolve this problem

The Jazzy Ultralight
We purchased the Jazzy Ultralight as our first powr chair and are very happy with it. It maneuvers great, is one of the lightest chairs, holds a charge for a long time, goes fast enough for us, and is pleasing to look at.
The back tip prevention wheels have saved us from a fall. We are still learning how to go across the off camber corners of our sidewalks. When going over a bump in our doorway, the front wheels have a tendency to turn, is our only complaint so far. It has plenty of power and we love our Jazzy Ultralight!

I am a big guy standing 6'4" about 350…
I am a big guy standing 6'4" about 350 lbs. I was using a manual wheelchair to get around for appointments, and other activities. I like the Jazzy Carbon, and I am surprised on how much power the chair has. One of my requirements was it had to be powerful, and very light weight, due to my medical condition. It's great for quick get arounds and social activities. After a month of use, I wish the seat was a inch or two wider, and a little taller for us tall guys. The seat could be set back a little for better traction over the rear wheels and comfort, plus the rear wheels could be little taller for different terrain's. Overall, I really like the Jazzy carbon, durability time will tell, since I am not very familiar with carbon fiber. I would recommend the jazzy to others, the positives out weight the short comings.

I am so pleased, and overwhelmed. My health declined rapidly, and the transition was difficult. Having the Pride Victory 10.2 has been a game changer. It takes me where I need to go, and I have not had any issues at all. The reclining seat makes my journeys easier, as I have respiratory issues. The rear basket is a very handy accessory, as are the mirrors. Charging is easy, and everyone comments on the blue color. Overall a 15 rating!

What real shame
What real shame, this chair would be great if they sorted VivaLift. I purchased this chair as it had the the ability to control it with the VivaLift app, as I cannot use my hands and was going to use the app with voice control software. But as the chair left the factory with it connect to another device, I cannot connect to it.
This is a known problem and been reported but as of yet no action has happened to reslove it. So be careful when you buy it and checked at delivery you can connect to it, not all chairs have this problem.

Pride Mobility Jazzy Ultra Light was…
Pride Mobility Jazzy Ultra Light was not my first choice, but it should be everyone else’s. I first went for a little cheaper price, but found the reverse was very slow and if you increased the speed for reverse, but forgot to reduce to go forward, you could fall out of the chair at that speed. I purchased my Pride chair from Top Mobility. I got the chair and 3 year in home warranty for $2999. The first chair I returned was from All Star for $1999. All Star did stand behind their return and refund policy so I’m grateful for that and their chair might work for you. I just feel the Pride Jazzy Ultra Light is a better chair and worth the extra money with the in home service plan. In the long run it probably will cost me less because with the All Star warranty I’d have to pay for a service technician to come to the house to diagnose the problem before they would consider the problem under warranty.
