Such a great day
We had a great day. Beautiful, clean boat. Food was delicious and staff were some of the best. Especially Tiffany. Would definitely book this again and recommend others as well.

In situations like this, guests are always given the option to reschedule for another trip or receive a full refund. We regret that the change affected your plans, but we’re glad you were still able to enjoy a great day on the water during your visit.

Dad and Daughter trip.
My daughter Marley and I were on your 8am snorkeling tour on 3/5/26. She is 25 and it was her first time snorkeling. The crew was outstanding. One crew member in particular. Unfortunately I forgot her name. She is a Japanese woman. She went above and beyond to helped my daughter to feel comfortable in the water. This experience led to us snorkeling every day of our trip at many locations. Watching her confidence grow a snorkeler filled my heart with joy. Thank you so much. I will recommend The Pride of Maui to everyone I know coming to the island.

Wonderful service, stellar experience
Snorkeling at the 2 locations was amazing--so much marine life to see. Food was mid, but service and complimentary drinks were outstanding. We found a stranded boat so the staff had to call the Coast Guard. We waited for them to arrive on scene and the staff extended our trip by an hour to compensate for the wait. Would book again in a heartbeat.
