We have a prima air awning, we have had major problems with it and tried to get help/advice from prima leisure. We were told this product is no longer available and is not supported and we would have to try an source compatible parts ourselves to try and make this expensive awning usuable.

Arrived promptly - but didn't stop one of our awning poles slowly deflating - info from dealer probably means there are no spare poles available etc.......
