Waited two weeks for a product that was advertised and sold to me as being in stock, but was not. Customer service was dismissive. I finally got ahold of someone to cancel my order, and it's been more than a week and have not received my refund yet.
Don't waste your time and money with them.

I am filing this complaint against Primary Arms regarding a disappointing experience involving a SureFire suppressor I purchased for approximately $1,500. Based on the company’s reputation, I expected to receive a new premium product in excellent condition. Instead, the suppressor arrived with noticeable cosmetic wear and markings that were completely inconsistent with what I would expect from a new item at this price point.

After discovering the condition of the suppressor, I contacted Primary Arms expecting a prompt and reasonable resolution. Unfortunately, the process was filled with delays, excuses, and a lack of urgency. Rather than taking ownership of the issue and working toward a fair outcome, I felt as though my concerns were minimized despite the significant amount of money involved in the purchase.

The most frustrating part of this experience was the resolution offered. After spending approximately $1,500, Primary Arms offered a $100 gift card. On the ground that I did not send it back to Surefire.
In my opinion, this was not an appropriate response to receiving a premium product in damaged condition. It did not adequately address the condition of the item, the inconvenience involved, or the time spent attempting to resolve the matter.

Customers trust retailers to deliver products as advertised and to stand behind those products when problems arise. In this case, I believe Primary Arms failed to meet those expectations. I am submitting this complaint so the issue is documented and so other consumers can make informed purchasing decisions. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Primary Arms and hope they take steps to improve both product quality control and customer service. David a product specialist supervisor was the only person that was reasonable. Everyone above him was absolutely ridiculous about this issue it seems.

I went online searching for a solid, red dot sight for my sbr. They had gray options and great prices. I ordered one. Payment was quick and easy. Order fulfillment was quick and delivery was solid with good tracking and communications. Great product! Great service!

I mistakenly ordered the wrong part. The return process was easy, fast. I initially asked for an exchange for the correct part (same price), but then saw low stock on this very popular item and ordered it. I contacted customer service to ask to change my return to a refund and they responded quickly and pleasantly. Definitely shopping Primary Arms again and recommending them to everyone I know!
