The Westgate was convenient to the Convention Center and reasonably priced. Except for a long elevator wait a couple of times, my stay was fine.

Overflow hotel
Stayed at this hotel as an overflow to a Gaylord Opry Conference, and they honoured the reduced conference price before the conference dates! It also had a simple breakfast included, and the walk to the Gaylord wasn't far. Had laundry facilities - which was useful. Overall a pleasant stay at a decent price!

Multiple reservations number for 1 room
Prime hotel had two of my rooms broke down into multiple reservations numbers. Meaning, I had to literally check out of the room and re-check into another room based on having separate reservations numbers.

I was a little hesitant to book at first because their rates were so much cheaper than others or even the direct hotel, but everything was fine, smooth check in, they were even able to get a credit for 1 night since the highway was closed and we couldn't get into Vegas until the next day. Good service, would use again.

Great service
Great service. Coordinated a refund from a conference I could not attend due to sickness. Then got a hotel reservation for another conference; right next to the convention centre.

Great experience at the hotel unfortunately the refrigerator wasn’t cool so the protein shakes I brought were not able to be used unless I went downstairs and got ice. Other than that the hotel was amazing.

Great spot
Clean and nice hotel. Was there for a conference and didn’t get to use the pools but this is a place I would bring my family back to. Good overall service up front as well.
