On Friday, 24 October at 08:42 AM, we emailed you to explain that unfortunately, the item you ordered cannot be shipped to Northern Ireland, and for that reason, your order had to be cancelled. As stated in that message, no payment was captured, and the cancellation was processed immediately after sending you the notification.
We understand this may have been frustrating, but we did our best to communicate as soon as we received confirmation from the supplier. If you’d like, we’re happy to resend the original email for your reference.
