Following our investigation, we can confirm that all aspects of our service were clearly explained to you before payment, including that you would be responsible for completing your ID verification, signing the paperwork and submitting the application to HM Land Registry yourself.
We have also provided you with copies of the relevant email correspondence and telephone recordings confirming that this was explained to you.
We therefore disagree with the claims made in your review, as they do not accurately reflect the information provided to you throughout the process.

I can absolutely recommend this company. Everything was dealt with efficiently and professionally. Every person I spoke to was very good to deal with. It's great these days that there is a phone number and someone actually picks up the phone! There was a bit of a hiccup with wrong information on 2 documents which was entirely my fault, not theirs. Prime Property Transfers and their associate Solicitors made sure that these were corrected and sent them out with a miniscule extra charge, within the day! Excellent service. I will definitely be using them again and I would fully recommend to everyone. They deserve the high rating on Trustpilot.

Excellent and useful service
Helped me through the process of transferring property ownership: 5/6 forms required very particular wording for effective completion for them to pass through land registry successfully. I wouldn't of had a clue without their help and all done very smoothly. I would recommend using their ID form process too, as that was a headache and expense to complete via a solicitor.

No response when there's a problem …
I used PPT in May for deed transfer using an LPA. Paid for full service including their I.D. checking service & submitted all forms to land registry.
After 5 months land registry want additional documents and a court order authorization. Have contacted PPT twice by email & tried ringing several times with NO RESPONSE. I now have to find a proper solicitor and start the whole process all over again. They were quick enough to take my money, rang me several times asking me to leave a review which I said I would do once completed. So far £800 wasted.

It was also a pleasure to have Ruth help us with the forms. I am not at all great with dealing with forms so her help was much appreciated. Ruth took my fears away. She spoke calmly and clearly. As she promised, she had part filled the forms and the instructions she gave, verbal and printed, were clear and very helpful. Ruth was kind with her time and was able to speak with my wife. This put my wife at rest about the process of Transfers.

Much cheaper than paying a solicitor to…
Much cheaper than paying a solicitor to complete the process. I had an appointment via phone and they went through the forms, filled them in and sent them whilst on the call so I could see them and understand everything. They also sent a letter detailing the next steps and how to get in touch if I needed to. I have had confirmation that my application has been received but it will take a while to know if everything was correct the the registry has updated
