Ruth made our hour consultation…
Ruth made our hour consultation regarding our deed transfer very easy. Being honest I had downloaded one of the forms from the govuk website of course bit difficult to understand what needs to go where! However, Ruth from Prime Property explained each section of the 3 forms required, all we had to do was supply Ruth with some detail, Ruth filled in the forms, so with the attached Prime Property explanation which explains what to do once I have printed off the 3 attachments.
So, thank you for the service which is one of the biggest things you may have to do by the way...its put our minds at rest. Sometimes you come across a service that is a no brainer...this is one of them. ! From both of us Ruth, thank you !

Total trust in a professional team
I cannot express how the whole team at Prime Property Transfers helped me through such a stressful and difficult time. From first explaining the complete process, to the sending of information and obtaining final forms. Ruth was amazing, she answered my many questions throughout the whole process and she was so professional and friendly, the Company is like a family business who care about You! Not making you feel like a client number, or patronising in any way as questions to other legal professionals often are. I telephoned many times and the team were only too happy to resolve my queries. Every part of the forms were explained. Prime Property Transfers fully understand the sensitivity and privacy of the transfer process after a bereavement and should be commended. Forwarding intimate, private information needs total trust and I felt total trust and professionalism with the whole team.
