Whilst i didnt take a propeety in the end,i found Shaun very affable and with good communication skills,he also thought outside the box in order to get me to the front of the queue.The whole team were very helpful.

I've recently moved into my new place with Prime Residential in Manchester and the experience has been great so far. The whole process was smooth, clear and well organised from start to finish.

A special thank you to Ellie, who was absolutely brilliant - friendly, helpful and always quick to respond to any questions. She made the move-in process feel stress-free and really went the extra mile.

I'm very happy with the property and would happily recommend Prime to anyone else looking to move in Manchester!

We rented a house starting on December 20. The property was moldy, and the decorations they had promised were never fixed. On top of that, the dishwasher, washing machine, and oven have all been unusable.

As of this review, 25 days have passed and none of these issues have been resolved. We also cannot reach our agency manager except through Fixflo reporting, which has been very frustrating.

I would not recommend working with this agency.

My experience with Prim Residential has been markedly unsatisfactory. In my view, communication from the team — including Beck, April, and Shaun (Managing Director) — was consistently inadequate. During the check-out process, the agency did not fulfil what I understood to be their contractual responsibilities. As a result, I was required to complete a straightforward comparison report myself, despite all relevant information having already been provided to the agency.

Furthermore, incorrect details were submitted to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), which, in my case, led to financial losses exceeding £1,000. The property was also incorrectly categorised as a one-bedroom rather than a two-bedroom home, raising additional concerns about the accuracy and diligence of the service provided.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Prime Residential.

They tried to deduct £320 for cleaning my apartment and I asked for an invoice and I didn’t a proper one. I had to beg them for nearly two weeks to give me my deposit. Was calling nearly everyday and emailing and never got a call back.
Awful customer service

Me and my flatmate have had such a terrible experience with Prime Residential. We moved out of the flat in July and have yet to receive out deposit back. We agreed on deductions a week after we moved out and have been chasing Prime Residential for our money. They have constantly said we are a priority and yet have been slow to update us on our deposit and the reason for the delays. I think they have dealt with everything in a really unprofessional manner and I don't know if it is the specific employee we have been dealing with or if the whole company is just useless.

Becky was really friendly and the experience was very smooth and efficient from start to finish. Any issues with the flat were sorted quickly and it was a quick turnaround from viewing the flat to signing the tenancy. Overall a good experience and I am really happy with the property.

Foul company, the whole situation with moving into my first house has been appalling. With viewings cancelled only an hour before, poor communication, bad attitude. We have been hung up on more times than I can count. Becky has been the lead with our move and any issues with the property, she has been forgetful, lazy and rude. Any issues have taken weeks to be fixed and have ultimately not been resolved by her, she has been unreachable going on annual leave without finishing her tasks or handing them off to others. We have tried to go above her or to be placed with another property manager and have been ignored and been mislead with dead end emails. They should have a deep consideration of their management and how they value their customers.

I booked a flat viewing with this agency four days in advance and received a confirmation email within an hour. They even called me four hours before the viewing to confirm. However, when I arrived—after traveling quite a long distance—the viewing was canceled just 10 minutes before the appointment because the tenant hadn’t accepted the booking. The agency failed to communicate this for four days. Canceling at the last minute like this is extremely disrespectful of my time and effort. If there was an issue, they should have informed me much earlier so I wouldn’t have had to make the trip. This level of irresponsibility and poor communication is unacceptable. I’ve never had such a frustrating experience with any other agency. I do not recommend this company.

DAMP RIDDLED APPARTMENT REVIEW NUMBER 2
since my last review two weeks ago. Prime residential promised to fix the damp (probably because of the reviews I said I would wright). However, what they intended to do was paint over the black fungus infested walls. They sent an odd job man to wash the walls and paint over the problem. he said he hadn't quoted for the bedroom and wouldn't do that. So the problem remains that my daughter and her flat mate are living in dangerous conditions with black damp spores all over the wall. They are Uni students and have no option other than to stay there until the end of this years course. I then decided to hurry the work along by delaying the rent. And no surprise, the slum landlord/agent jumped on that straight away. we had a demand for money with no effort to remedy the damp problem. I would strongly advise that anybody looking to rent accommodation for their student family or their self should not use this management agency. I will be contacting all residents of that apartment block, with a view to taking class action against the landlord and #Prime residential property management.

Couldn’t find a suitable tenant to a beautiful property in over 6 weeks. Waste of time

I live in creekside for a very long time and this is the first time a have leak in my apartment and the manager Jordan put hold on finishing the walls I don’t really like the new manager his such a snobbish and so hard to approach him do you even do a background check who works for your company I’m gonna call a lawyer for this cuz it’s been a week since my wall is open

We had an amazing help from Alessandra and the rest of the team. She was incredibly helpful and quick to respond and help and definitely made this process a lot easier!
