The worst internet company in cyprus. Thiefs. I had 8 and pay €21.iupdated the contract in 20 cost €25 and instead of 20 i have 8.Their technicial tall me i have29(i check it and it was 8,even their telephone cener admit it. i contact thel and they are full if excuses and now they say can't offer that package because now only 100 speed can offer and i have ti pay even more. SHAME OF YOU, THIEFS WITH NO RESPECT TO COSTUMERS.

Absolute sh!t! Scam, thieves. How come there's no investigation on these scum? They are literally STEELING money and getting away with it. Absolute horrible service, the worst connection on Internet and comes with TONS of disconnections. Unable to work from home, unable to sit comfortably and watch TV. The Internet line is so poor, I upgraded for better Internet but nothing happened except paying more. You scum, you thieves! No wonder thought, we are in cyprus. The corruption capital of Europe. Enough comments this thieving system needs to stop, someone need to be held accountable and pay.

Very bad. With them for years. Today we decided to upgrade our router after years. It's been 5 hours and still no internet. We called customer service, keep saying they'll fix it within the hour. We explained we need it for our jobs. They offered 5GB till they fix the problem

In the beginning, they used to fix every problem immediately. It is been 3 months now every week we call them that there is an issue with the internet but they are doing nothing about it

Very bad i am 5 year with them and there is a problem everyday i call them to fix it they tell me to restart my wifi i hope they go bankrupt

Worst company in Cyprus.dont give your money in prime tel. Very bad wifi, service is 1/10, tv 0/10. Plus is 70 euro every month.

Alright i've seen many comments about a company called 'primetel. What ever you do DO NOT BUY PRIMETEL! You'll regret it for buying then. Because i have the same type of internet and whenever i play or doing some online classes i get so many issues and high ping. A support guy came to my house to put a new router but when he was done for his work, he made it even worse now we called like more than 20 times and they ain't doing anything. Don't buy primetel! they are scammers, cheaters and liars. By cyta instead or cablenet they are more useful than that garbage primetel. They should be shame on therselves! We wished they never existed in our planet. Thats why we're losing so much money.

Never make deal with PrimetelYou can lost money.Cheaters team. Every time i had problem with internet.For disconnection try to get more money.

They are a joke false advertising top up 10€ and get 5gb data free so I topped up 15€ of data and got nothing the first representative told me because I topped up data not talk time. The other representative said its because I put 15€ not 10€ either they dont know what they are doing or they are lying to me.. great respect for there customers thanks primetel you made sure I loose either way

You get what you pay for. Cheap deals come with a cost. We have been with them for 2 years now on a contract and ever since we signed up with them we always had problems with our reception. Reception is always bad. We don't get reception and our phone goes offline for some reason. When somebody calls they are prompt to voicemail. After calling them several times, they try to blame this on our phone assisting with troubleshooting phone instead. At the end nothing happens. We switched to a brand new phone and still the reception is bad and the problem is still there.

I spoke to several other customers of them who had the same problem. They know their network is bad but still they don't do much to upgrade it. When you call them, all of their customer service reps sound like they hate their job. They have no motivation or interest to help.

Cheap deal comes with a cheap after sales service. This is the fundamental rule. My advise. don't get lured with their cheap packages to sign up on a lengthy contract. You will regret it like the same way we did. As soon as our contract expires we will switch to another provider

Ridiculous situation today with prime tel Cyprus total system crash and the response from primetel is they turn off their 133 customer information line primetel this is not good enough if you have a major problem on your system surely it would be be a good idea to put a message on your information line explaining the problem instead of just turning it off
As a leading telephone and internet provider on this island your actions full far below what should be acceptable if this is what you call customer services it's a joke

Avoid Primetel at all cost, they are the worst internet provider on this planet. Service 0, they don't come, all what they tell you is switch on and off, super primitive service and arrogance at its best. I pay 50 euros a month for nothing!! I am switching to Cyta. These don't deserve any business

Avoid primtel, I have a direct debit for my account in order to pay the monthly subscription and I realised that they charged double the amount of my bill they said that is the mistake of the bank and they will refund me in a week time. I can’t wait to finish my contract and never to deal again with them!!! By the way no money has been refunded!

We are waiting 2 months now on some internet connections. We canceled them now and by far the worst provider you can imagine. They never call back and still no connection.

Most of the time, there is no internet network even inside cities where should be the most powerful.
The support line 133 (which needs itself support) is not working and nobody answered me despite many attempts.
I went to Paphos service centre and a gentle employee tried to improve the situation but he could not do any better. This is a dilemma on a company level.
They claim the PrimeTel is providing 3 or 4G services but it is 2G at the best.
PrimeTel network is weak and unreliable so I decided to leave it to a different company.

If there is a worst company than PrimeTel then I would like to know please. DO NOT touch this company. Absolutely terrible. Value for money? ZERO!!!!
If I could take all their customers away from them trust me I would!!!!!
Inefficient, incompetent, run by morons and staffed with morons! I think I said enough. If you are thinking of joining this company please give me a call and will explain the reasons why you shouldn't.
