Great service, great support. I found detailed information about test process. They supported how will i answer Google's questions for production. They are fast about answering support tickets. I recommend them for everyone.

We used PrimeTestLab for a Google Play closed test on QLS Global. They got testers opted in quickly and kept them opted in for the full 14 consecutive days that Play actually counts. Support stayed with the tickets, followed the test notes we sent, and did not open a new test when we asked them not to. Google granted production access after that cycle. I would use them again for this kind of work.

Opted in to get some testers for my new app, was quite fast and straight forward, within few hours I had 14 testers.
Over the period of 2 weeks I received 3 testing reports that include crash reports.

I had a great experience with PrimeTestLab. Before using their service, my app had been rejected by Google Play twice during the testing process. After I started working with PrimeTestLab, I successfully passed the required testing and Google approved my app on the first attempt. It is now publicly available on Google Play.
