Used PrimeTestLab for closed testing to get Google Play production access for our app. After an initial rejection, their team suggested converting from a TWA to a native WebView build, and once we did that, they ran a free retest cycle as promised. Support was responsive throughout — answered our follow-up questions, and in the end our app got approved for production. Would recommend if you're stuck on Google's engagement requirements.

Google Play asks for at least 12 closed testers opted in for 14 days before production. I ordered PrimeTestLab’s 25-person plan on 5 September and sent them our closed opt-in link. From 5–19 September I checked Play Console myself: opted-in stayed at 12 or above the whole time. We applied on 21 September, and ailuv Timer went live on Google Play on 25 September. It is on the App Store as well.

Their QA report (15 September, ASUS ROG Phone, Android 12) followed a real gym session: build a workout, run it, pause, skip, end, then open the dashboard. Zero crashes. Three small UI notes, with steps and screenshots. We already shipped two of those fixes.

If you need real people on a closed test and cannot keep 12 friends opening the app for two weeks, I would use them again.
