Great service - when my app didn't make it through the first round of approvals they worked with me to make sure it made it through the second round. Worth the price paid for sure!

I highly recommend PrimeTestLab. I used the service for the closed testing of my first Android Game, and the entire process was straightforward and easy to follow. The testers remained active throughout the required testing period + a few additional days - as promised. I also received perfect and useful feedback that helped me improve the app before release (the advice regarding in-game advertisements was very important). After completing the closed test, my app was granted production access on Google Play and then it was live within 14 days. PrimeTestLab made this process much easier for me as an independent developer. Without Primetestlab, I would have had to ask all my neighbors for annoying help, and feel awkward about it. So thank you very much, and I will use your services again in the near future.

La mia prima richiesta di accesso alla produzione su Google Play era stata rifiutata, con la motivazione che il test chiuso non aveva avuto abbastanza coinvolgimento dei tester. A quel punto ho deciso di acquistare il pacchetto Enterprise (25 tester) per rifare i 14 giorni di test.

La cosa più utile sono stati i report QA. Ne ho ricevuti due, su dispositivi e versioni di Android diverse. Il primo ha trovato un bug sul fuso orario che mi era sfuggito del tutto, più qualche problema minore sulla validazione dell'email e su alcuni link legali mancanti. Ho sistemato tutto e pochi giorni dopo il secondo report ha confermato che i problemi erano risolti, segnalandone uno nuovo e reale. Così ho avuto qualcosa di concreto da scrivere nel questionario per la produzione.

L'account manager ha sempre risposto in fretta.

Unico appunto: il QA non si è accorto di un bug sul tasto indietro di Android, quindi non saltate i vostri test. Detto questo, la seconda richiesta è stata approvata in tre giorni e l'app ora è pubblicata. Lo userei di nuovo.
