Appalling company, fraudulently demanded duplicate payments and by BACS / cash. Then after delivery and receiving full payment, called again demanding another duplicate payment and threatening to sue me if I didn't pay again. Agressive staff who appear to be involved in some kind of fraud. Wish I had read the other reviews before using them!

So I had a antique bookcase delivered by them, it was over a week late and arrived damaged. Not pleased.

To be honest I was a little bit nervous to use this company after reading some of the reviews, but the service exceeded my expectations. Good communication. Polite and professional. Great Team.

Disgusting Service, Ordered a delivery on shipey, Upon delivery was advised the Glass had broken and will be compensated within 3 days, Demanded cash for delivery charge, Over a week now and no response. After numerous calls to the company finally answered and have been advised it will Definately be resolved within 6 MONTHS !!!!

I had a great experience with this company. They have delivered 3 doors wardrobe. It arrived in great condition on the date that we have agreed. The comunication was really nice and friendly.

I booked PRIMEVAN to move a piano from London to Birmingham, and I was pleased of their service as they brought the piano in time for my celebration, exactly as we agreed. Great communication, friendly drivers and fair price. Thank you, guys.

Still not received my pick up
-Go use AnyVan instead -These guys are terrible

Dear Dennis Mike was excellent as was his colleague he was courteous and helpful great service he is an asset.

I have just received my chest of drawers and was very impressed by the driver Mike and his assistant.
They were really helpful and when I told them that our lift was broken, they very kindly carried it up the stairs for me.
The item arrived in perfect condition and they took great care carrying it up for me.
They also managed to find us, despite so many roads being closed here in Edinburgh at the moment!
Many thanks to them both (and to Dennis)!

Avoid, unless you are prepared for a poor service and non delivered items. My goods were only partially delivered. I can only imagine the rest of my delivery is sitting in a warehouse or the back of a van (or on ebay). No response to emails and no answering of my numerous calls. Find someone else.

Drivers Max and Vadim were absolutely brilliant! They delivered our American fridge freezer and worked tirelessly to get it into our house though it ended up being a challenge. They could have easily given up after trying several different angles but we're so dedicated and managed to find a way to get it through the door, opening the doors, twisting, lifting and working out a solution. They really went over and above and worked so hard to get the fridge freezer in. Couldn't recommend highly enough for someone to find a way to find solutions for getting items in!

Excellent service from pick up to delivery here in Devon. My dresser arrived in perfect condition. The chaps who delivered were diligent and careful. Highly recommended.
