Excellent product and even better customer service. When I had an issue with my order I reached out to Jon in customer service. After explaining my issue to him we were able to come to an agreed upon resolution. I highly recommend Primo Goods.
Having it in my home with a newborn is such a great relief of weight taken off my shoulders. If you have pet's or young children/infants, just buy it. Carbon Monoxide will kill them long before it's deadly for us adults. Just buy the damn thing!

All around excellent experience shopping with Primo Goods. I purchased a 4 pack of the AirGuard detector for my home. The shopping experience was quick and easy. Their price point and discounts are great, and the shipping was exactly as expected. I received the product quickly.
I also did some research on the functionality of the product once I received it, and called them for help. The contact I spoke to named Jon was also great! He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. All around excellent customer service.

Initially the ordering experience was a bit delayed due to an issue with credit card payment. However, Jon, a support specialist with Primo Goods went the "extra mile" to see to it that our order ( 2 5-in-1 Natural Gas&Carbon Monoxide Alarms) was completed & delivered to us promptly. We truly appreciated his attention to detail & his excellent customer service! We are very happy with the product& would recommend it to our family & friends. Our overall review was 4 Stars because of the early glitch as mentioned above, but would would give Jon& Customer Service 5 Stars for the manner in which we were treated.
Shipping took longer than expected. Has relative humidity percentage and temperature. Good piece of mind for co2 ppm.
