Absolutely disgraceful service never use these people 5 months and no order received over £300 spent

Ordered a nike set over 2 months ago ive have contacted countless times and they have just said its delayed but now just completely ignoring all my emails and messages on instagram since I said I want a refund if I xant get the items. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered a pair of leggings today not had a confirmation email or anything just a txt message saying thanks for your order

I placed an order for a Niki sports bag with this company on a Saturday. My confirmation e mail indicated that I would receive confirmation the bag had been dispatched within two working days, and that the bag would be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. By the following Thursday (4 working days after the order) I had not had confirmation of dispatch so I tried to call them on the mobile number given on the web site, but got no answer. I sent a message to them via the on line contact us page. Within an hour I received a reply telling me that there was an unexpected delay with suppliers in Europe and they would get the bag to me as soon as possible. I decided to have a closer look at the company and to my horror there were loads of really negative reviews, and other information I obtained, that concerned me. I sent a message on social media to them asking again when my bag would be delivered, and I was told it would be with me by the following Tuesday. So on a space of about an hour I had two different stories. Then, on that Thursday evening, I had an email from Royal Mail telling me they were going to deliver the bag the following day, Friday. On checking the tracking history I found that the bag had been dispatched by the supplier on the Monday. So why Primo couldn’t have told me this is beyond me. However, I ordered the bag on a Saturday, and it was delivered to me the following Friday. The bag is exactly as I ordered and I am very pleased with it. Had I seen the reviews before I ordered them I probably would have gone elsewhere to buy the bag. I will use this company again.

Shocking establishment wish i came to trust pilot. Ordered a set and received the wrong shorts. Customer service was shocking. I was told the “supplier” had sent out my shorts. LIES doubt the company even had then in stock to begin with. 2 months later i finally received my refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Awful company. Never experienced anything like it. Ordered trainers and a T-shirt. Trainers never arrived and sent the wrong tshirt…
Few months later I managed to get my money back because thankfully I paid through PayPal and they managed to get me my money back as Primo kept ignoring my emails. Do not order from these scammers.

I ordered a Nike set for my sons birthday 3 weeks ago. Since then approximately 6 emails later….the issue has still not been resolved. The item never arrived. Nor the replacement. Very little customer help but happy to take the money . Very poor , upsetting for my son & still unresolved.

Will never order from them again!
Ordered product and paid for delivery for 3-5business days.
Order didn’t arrive until 10 days from order with zero communication as to there being a delay. Had to contact via instagram to find out where order was to discover they had a delay in receiving orders. An email would have been appreciated prior in all honesty.
I was promised a refund for cost of delivery-still waiting?!
Product whilst being late was not what was expected so had to return at a cost to myself and due to value had to send with signature on delivery so was nearly £10 to return.
Been a week and had no communication, no acknowledgment that goods have been received back and as to when I can expect a refund! This has gone on for nearly a month and the communication is shocking.
In this day and age of email and texting it’s not acceptable.
Still don’t know if I will receive my £163 back and if so when.
Very disappointing especially as products are of high value I’d would expect the same standard of service.

These guys are brilliant, their products are legit and well priced, I have ordered a good £300 worth of goods from them over the last few months and there wasn’t a single product I was unhappy about if your looking for high quality sport products these guys are the guys to go to.
