Had an issue with shorts was contacted about this. To now have no communication atall and no order appearing after a week. No tracking details either.

Awful company. Sent me the wrong items completely, I’ve sent them back nearly 3 months ago and still no refund. Sent them screenshots of the proof of delivery of returned incorrect items and they refuse to refund. Avoid this company, it’s like most resale companies, barely following legal procedures and standards.

Ordered some shirts from these people, tried them on when they arrived, were too large and returned them exactly as received. Return was refused, item sent back to me again! Excuse used that labels were missing and there was some loose stitching (which given that I had only tried it on for size, I hadn't even noticed) If there were problems with any of the items, they were sent to me that way! My advice to anyone is to give this firm a VERY large swerve, buy from someone reputable with a fair returns service!! Awful experience! Awful customer service! Awful Company!!

Charged extra for 24hr delivery, it didn't arrive—and an appalling lack of info on where the parcel is. Never using again.

The staff were very helpful and friendly went I pick up my order.

Not sure what happened with my first order, but when I emailed I was responded to quickly and refunded a few days later when they couldn’t find the parcel.

Excellent experience

I have been in this shop many times and have had mixed experiences, but I continue to go as it’s where my son likes his clothes from.
Around three weeks ago, staff members were more focused on talking amongst themselves than helping customers. One young staff member was walking around on his phone, play fighting with another staff member instead of paying attention to customers. The back room door was left half open and I could clearly see a young staff member vaping, which is completely inappropriate.
I returned again midweek and witnessed a staff member placing snus/nicotine pouches inside his lip on the shop floor. This is totally unprofessional.
The pricing is also questionable. One pair of tracksuit bottoms was labelled at £80, yet the Nike recommended retail price was £60.
On Saturday, I dealt with the owner, Finlay, and found him extremely pushy. He repeatedly tried to insist I buy my son his own brand (Dash clothing), constantly giving options and not allowing me to browse or shop comfortably. It was very off-putting.
I have worked in retail and run my own company for over 30 years, and if my business was being run like this, I would be disgusted.
The only positive was the 2 young lads who helped me in my visits to the shop, one of the lads said he was relatively new to joining the company and he couldn't have been anymore helpful with me and the other i have met on many occasions in both shops and i would say he is the same. i hope the rest staff take a leaf out of these boys books. They have been helpful with sizing, giving me different clothing options, polite, and cheerful, especially given it is the Christmas period.

Ordered clothes online for my son and they called to advise me stuff out of stock and sorted my son with another top straight away and when we collected instore staff were so friendly and helpful.

Easy to use site. Good choice of items. Fast delivery. I will definitely use this company again.

Cannot recommend this company enough. Quick delivery great quality products. My Grandsons absolutely love this shop especially the Dash brand and they are excited for the Dash trousers getting released. The staff in store are lovely and friendly and always make time for you. New shop is lovely- thank you!
